个人简介
Carlos M. da Silva received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 2016.
He is currently a Senior Research Associate with the Advanced Thermofluids Optimization, Modelling, and Simulation Laboratory and the University of Toronto Electric Vehicle Research Centre, University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, and the Executive Director of the University of Toronto Electrification Hub. He has extensive experience as a Researcher and in managing research projects in the areas of thermal management systems for batteries, chargers, and electric vehicles, prototyping and testing of battery systems, thermoelectrochemical characterization of lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, performance and degradation modeling of Li-ion batteries, and subcontinuum thermal modeling of nanostructured materials.
