Bio
Dominik Martin received the Diploma in applied physics from the Technical University of Berlin, Berlin, in 2006, and the Doctorate Degree in physics from the Humboldt University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany, in 2012. In 2007, he joined Namlab gGmbH, Dresden to work on his doctoral thesis about high-K oxide thin films for DRAM application and continued working there with postdoctoral work on ferroelectric HfO2 for ferroelectric field effect transistors. In 2013, he joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Santa Clara, CA, USA, where he was a Product Engineer with the Integration and Yield Department. Since 2016, he has been with Chip Technology Group, Ferdinand-Braun-Institute, Berlin.
