During the PhD I developed and tested novel forms of microencapsulated diet to improve the productivity of highly sustainable bivalve shellfish aquaculture. Planned postdoctoral research aims to facilitate changes in food production and consumption from meat to sustainable fish and shellfish, with wide-reaching benefits to food security and public health.
