个人简介
Helena Bolini is a full professor of Sensory Science and Consumer Research at the School of Food Engineering, University of Campinas (UNICAMP) SP, Brazil, where she began working in 2000. Dr. Bolini has published over 250 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has made more than 500 presentations at scientific conferences. Dr. Bolini has concluded the mentoring of 37 Ph.D. thesis and 32 MSc. Her research is in the field of Sensory Science and Consumer Research, Food Science and Technology, Physiology of Senses Organs, Psycophisics, Sweeteners, Multiple and Simple Time-Intensity Profile, Correlation to descriptive sensory profile, physical-chemistry characteristics and consumers´ acceptance to find the drivers of preferences in foods. Helena Bolini is a member of the Editorial Board of Journal of Sensory Studies, Editorial Board of Food Chemistry Advances and works with ASTM Committee E-18 on Sensory Evaluation (task groups WK46023/WK46025).
