Imadeddine Bendjeddou received the master’s degree in wireless integrated circuits and systems and the Ph.D. degree in nanoelectronics and nanotechnology from Grenoble Alpes University and Grenoble INP, Grenoble, France, in 2019 and 2023, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in collaboration from the French Atomic Energy Commission CEA-Leti Minatec, Gipsa-Laboratory, and TIMA Laboratory, Grenoble, in 2023.
In 2023, he joined the TIMA Laboratory as a Research Engineer, where he continues to study and design N-path filters and mixer-first receivers. His research focuses on studying and designing low-cost, low-power, and highly selective IoT receiver front-ends using various technologies, including N-path filters and mixer-first receivers, and alternative technologies, such as magnetic tunnel junctions.
