Jairus David, Ph.D., is a thought leader in the agro-food industry and authority on food preservation science, food safety and quality. He has worked with the food industry in developing microbiology and thermal processing food safety objectives & compliance for over 35 years. Jairus earned his Ph.D. in microbiology with thermal processing emphasis from the University of California at Davis.
