个人简介
Johannes K. Fischer (S’04–M’09–SM’15) received the Dipl.-Ing. and the Dr.-Ing. degrees in electrical engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin in Berlin, Germany, in 2003 and 2009, respectively.
In 2010, he joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications, Heinrich Hertz Institute, Berlin, Germany, where he currently heads a research group on digital signal processing within the Department of Photonic Networks and Systems. He is the author or coauthor of more than 80 articles and a book chapter. His research interests include advanced modulation formats, digital signal processing for optical systems, and real-time implementation of digital signal processing algorithms.
Dr. Fischer is a member of the Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik. He was the recipient of the Best Student Paper Award of the Asia-Pacific Optical Communications Conference in 2005.
