Bio
José P. González-Coma was born in Marín, Spain. He received the degree in computer engineering and the Ph.D. degree from the University of A Coruña, A Coruña, Spain, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. In 2009, he was with the Group of Electronic Technology and Communications, University of A Coruña. He was a Visiting Researcher with the Associate Institute for Signal Processing, Technische Universitàt München (TUM), Munich, Germany, in 2012. He has authored or coauthored more than 20 papers in high impact indexed journals, and more than 30 papers in international conferences. Since 2020, he has been with Defense University Center with Spanish Naval Academy. His main research interests include channel estimation and precoding in massive MIMO systems, and millimeter-wave communications. He was the recipient of the FPI Grant from the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación, University of A Coruña, in 2011.
