个人简介
My research interests include the intersection of AI and machine learning and various engineering applications, with a focus on smart manufacturing. Specifically, I am currently working on industrial augmented intelligence approaches for fault diagnosis and prognostics problems, with use cases in semiconductor manufacturing including: 1) Fault diagnosis of PLC-controlled timed event systems; and 2) Semi-supervised fault diagnosis with partially labeled datasets.
