个人简介
Juan Francisco Fuentes-Pérez received the M.Sc. degree in engineering for agroforestry development from the University of Valladolid, Spain. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in flow sensing artificial lateral lines at the Centre for Biorobotics, School of Computer Systems, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia.
He has been collaborating in several research projects focused on the design, simulation, and evaluation of fishways, and involved in artificial lateral line technology and its applications for the evaluation of aquatic ecosystems and its use in underwater robotics since 2014. He is currently a Junior Researcher with the Centre for Biorobotics, School of Computer Systems, Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn, Estonia. His work in this paper includes defining the research problems, producing and calibrating the differential pressure sensor speedometer prototype and attachment for SPARUS II, planning and conducting the experiments, processing the data, and writing the paper. His current research interests include underwater and flow sensing, underwater robotics, fluid mechanics, ecohydraulics, and fishways.
