个人简介
I am an Assistant Professor of I-O Psychology and Psychological Science at Northern Kentucky University. Currently, I teach graduate courses in I-O Psychology, Workplace Cognition, and Organization Change and Development, along with my newly developed undergraduate course on the Psychology of Prejudice and Discrimination. In addition, I work as an applied organizational research scientist and consultant, with combined laboratory and industry research experience of 7+ years, and 4+ years of consulting experience.
My research areas of interest include personality measurement, workplace discrimination and diversity issues, personnel selection, and organizational decision making. Current ongoing research projects include examinations of: (1) patterns of implicit and explicit hiring discrimination and the impact of disclosure salience across visible/invisible LGBTQ+ and intersecting identities, (2) content and consequences of stereotypes, (3) diversity-focused organizational change initiatives, and (4) the impact of item scale formats on participant responses.
