Bio
Kuo-Chang Ting (M'13) received the B.S. degree from National Taiwan
University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1985; the M.S. degree in computer science from National Chung Cheng University,
Min-hsiung, Taiwan, in 1995; and the Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University in 2009.
From 1987 to 1993, he was a Senior System Programmer and worked for the companies ACER and DATATECH. He is currently
an Associate Professor with Minghsin University of Science and Technology, Hsinchu, Taiwan. Since 2003, he has been
studying 802.11, WiMAX, and long-term evolution and has published a number of SCI articles. He also holds two patents
in wireless local area networks. His interests include wireless communication and networks, multiprocessor cache
design, computer architecture, cloud computing, radio-frequency identification, and very-large-scale integration
design.
