个人简介
My current research interests: The management of mental health struggles at work, and how people can best juggle multiple roles (work, family) in their life. I also continue to hold interest in leadership research.
My work relies on a variety of research/analytic methods, including survey-based quantitative field research involving single-source and multi-source cross-sectional and repeated measures designs, interview-based qualitative methods for purely inductive pursuits, and quantitative literature review techniques (meta-analysis, meta-analytic structural equation modelling).
I am currently leading a major funded project aiming to identify how managers can best support and ensure the positive consequences of employees' disclosure of a mental health challenge.
