个人简介
Biologist, Oenologist and Doctor (extraordinary award for the Thesis) with more than 9 year experience in Oenological Microbiology Research. My career is supported by more than 40 scientific publications and by the active participation in more than 35 R&D Projects.
My expertise is focused on the microbial ecology of grapes, musts and wines. I am currently working on several projects that are based on the study of the effect of some agronomic practises over the microbial communities during the vinification. We are trying to employ new technologies as ACPP, microwaves for the disinfection of winery´s surfaces aimed to reduce the sulphur dioxide doses.
I am also interested in the development of new product related to oenology field.
