个人简介
With a Ph.D. in Occupational Health Psychology, my aim is to contribute to the development of healthy and engaging work environments in which people thrive, grow and collaborate to contribute to the success of their teams and organizations. I investigate relationships between entrepreneurs' characteristics, employees’ job design, innovativeness and work behavior. Major characteristics of my research include multi-level and longitudinal research designs with a cross-cultural component.
