Min-Lee Yang

I have 10+ years of experiences in large-scale genomic data analysis (human whole genome genotyping data, next-generation sequence data, RNA-seq or microarray data) and interdisciplinary training of statistics, programming, human genetics, and bioinformatics. My primary research interest is to use statistical approaches, bioinformatics tools, and computational methods to systematically discover and investigate candidate genetic factors for common or rare human diseases. My PhD study focuses on to integrate the genetic association data with other -omics (genetics and genomics) data to make inference for sex-biased arterial disease.
