个人简介
Munir Shehu Mashi received his Ph.D. in Management from the eminent management university, University Utara Malaysia. His research focuses on Human resources management with an emphasis on the management of occupational safety and health in hospitals, organisational justice in public organisation and employee turnover. Mashi’s work has been published in a number of reputable journals, including International Journal of Public Administration, International Journal of Human Resources Management among others. He teaches undergraduate courses in Human resources management, Advanced Management Theory, Sales Management, International economic and computer application in Business. In addition Mashi teaches postgraduate students international business and Advanced conflict and diversityManagement.
