个人简介
I am currently working as Assistant Professor in Seafood Processing Technology Department of Fisheries Faculty.
My research major interests include food safety, food chemistry, functional foods, seafood, fish marinades, extraction and purification of bioactive compounds, Omega-3 fatty acids and sources, as well as food nanotechnology, hydrocolloids and delivery systems.
I focus on enhancing food quality by using fundamental approaches through multidisciplinary and collaborative research.
