Career Trajectory
Bio
I am currently employed at Leaft Foods as a Animal Nutrition Scientist developing new animal feed products.
PhD graduate from Lincoln University studying within the Lincoln University Pastoral Livestock Production Laboratory.
My research has focused on seeing the Animal as the Solution, by implementing animal based solutions to environmental problems currently facing the temperate pastoral livestock production sector.
Prior to commencing my PhD I graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science with First Class Honours. During my Bachelor's degree my studies encompassed the animal, plant and soil science disciplines as well as farm management. This has resulted in me having a strong grasp on the basic scientific and management principles of agricultural production in New Zealand.
