个人简介
Pablo Palacios-Játiva (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics and telecommunications engineer from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 2013, and the master’s degree in communications network engineering from the University of Chile, Santiago, Chile, in 2017, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the Department of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include visible light communication systems, cognitive radio, NOMA-based methods for power allocation, algorithms for detection, and decision on the radio frequency spectrum. He has served as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) Member and a Reviewer for multiple conferences, as well as a Reviewer for journals, such as IEEE Access, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and IEEE Communications Magazine.
