个人简介
Pavani Vamsi Krishna Nittala received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, India, in 2005, and the M.S. degree in Microelectronics and VLSI Design from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune, India, in 2007. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Science.
From 2007 to 2008, he was a Senior Research Assistant with the Microelectronics laboratory, International Institute of Information Technology, Pune, where he developed an FPGA-based application specific microprocessor for automobile applications. From 2008 to 2009 he was an Engineer with Auxineon Pvt Ltd., where he was involved in a couple of roles including the installation and troubleshooting of LAM Research dry etch equipment at the Micron fab, Singapore. From 2010 to 2014, he was a Senior Facility Technologist–Process Integration with the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering, National Nano Fabrication Facility, Bengaluru, India. His research interest includes 3-D systems scaling, packaging, and heterogenous integration.
