个人简介
Peter Degenfeld-Schonburg received the Diploma and the Dr.-rer. nat. degrees in theoretical physics from the Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. His Ph.D. research was focused on driven and dissipative quantum many-body systems and nonlinear quantum optics. He developed the self-consistent projection operator theory for the simulation of dissipative nonlinear quantum systems. He is currently a Research Scientist with the Department of Microsystems and Nanotechnology, Robert Bosch GmbH, Corporate Research, Renningen, Germany, being an expert for nonlinear dynamics, quantum mechanics, and opto-mechanics. He is the supervision of Ph.D. students and the technical lead in the NEMS/MEMS simulation methods. His research interest includes design, modeling, and product development of MEMS sensors and actuators.
