Bio
My research interest is in biophotonics which includes developing optical imaging and spectroscopic techniques for biomedical applications. In terms of applications, my focus, right now, is directed toward combining spectroscopy with optical imaging techniques (Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, Multi-spectral imaging, Hyperspectral imaging, and Digital photography) for inspection and diagnosis of tissue's features. I am working, also, on image analysis and applying various data classification methodologies for mapping different species exist within the object of interest. Currently, I am attracted to the diagnosis and evaluation of skin disease/ signs using optical techniques.
