个人简介
The goal of our research is to provide clinician scientists new tools to identify and treat PCOS patients with insulin resistance/hyperandrogenism and endometrial carcinoma at risk. We investigate novel intervention strategies using different animal models, clinical samples and molecular approaches including but not limited to RNAseq, microarray, qRT-PCR, standard protein as well as immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence techniques to decipher pathways involved in insulin resistance/hyperandrogenism and endometrial diseases.
