个人简介
S. A. O. Adeyeye is an Associate Professor of Food Technology at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Hindustan University, Padur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He holds Ph.D in Food Processing and Storage Technology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. He is interested in the application of scientific techniques as well as food bio-processes for the actualization of sustainable development goals in food production, processing and safety, through quality teaching, research, and community development. The breadth of his scholarly contributions to research are evident from his contributions, which cover topics related to food processing, food chemistry, food quality control, food microbiology and food safety for Africa’s food security. Dr Samuel Adeyeye's article on “ The role of food processing and appropriate storage technologies in ensuring food security and food availability in Africa” won 2018 Emerald Literati Awards.
He is currently an Associate Editor with Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems (Sustainable Food Processing Section) and Bentham Science: Current Indian Science (Field: Food Chemistry)
