F. Javier Sese is an associate professor of marketing at the University of Zaragoza (Spain). He has several research areas of special interest that include customer value management, customer retention, customer choice behavior, and the dynamic modeling of customer-firm relationships, with a particular emphasis on the study of IT industries and financial services. His research has appeared in various scientific journals including Journal of Service Research and Journal of Interactive Marketing.
