I am a highly motivated pharma professional with a passion for Innovation, Research, and Development. I completed Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and M. Pharm (Pharmacology), having 7 years of experience in the field of research, drug discovery, phytochemical screening, extraction of plants using different solvent and pharmacological testing/screening of drug from herbal/traditional/natural products/synthetic compound (in vitro & in vivo) focused to understanding the mechanisms of wound healing, wound care, preclinical toxicological studies, reproductive toxicology, genotoxicity, hepatotoxicity, lung injury, cardiovascular and molecular pharmacology.
My vision is to develop a research and teaching institute of the highest quality which can offer certificate and degree programs by focusing on practical hands-on training.
I am expertise in Animal handling (rat, mice, rabbit, sheep), dissections, biological fluid collection, and processing, cannulation of the carotid artery, tracheal intubation followed by the opening of the thoracic cavity, measurement of right ventricular pressure of heart, wound healing activity, preclinical safety studies (acute, sub-Acute, sub-chronic, and chronic toxicity), reproductive toxicity, genotoxicity methods: Comet assay, Micronuclei assay, Chromosome aberration, sperm morphology.
I was also actively involved in molecular biology techniques like Cell proliferation assay-MTT assay, cell migration assay- Scratch assay, Clonogenicity assay, Tripane count, protein Expression, western, ELISA, DNA/RNA Isolation (Plant and animal).
I have also experience in handling of the analytical sophisticated instrument like UV spectrophotometer, IR Spectrophotometer, fluorescent Microscope (NICON EclipseE200), stereomicroscope (Olympus DP12), automated hematology analyzer (Humacount; Human, Wiesbaden, Germany), clinical chemistry analyzer Chem-7(Erba, Manheim, Germany), digital metabolic cages (UGO Basile 41800-010), stereotaxis Instrument (Stoelting), electronic pressure transducer for right ventricular pressure (Biopac, USA, MP 36)
