个人简介
Simone Ferrari received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy in 2013 and 2016 respectively, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. in electrical engineering. In 2018 he spent six months as Visiting Scholar with the Future Renewable Electric Energy Delivery and Management (FREEDM) System Center, at the North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA.
His research interests include electrical machine design and testing, with a focus on synchronous reluctance and PM-assisted machines. He is one of the authors of SyR-e, an open-source tool for electrical machines design.
