个人简介
I am an ambitious individual looking to broaden my career path. I mainly developed skills in Bioinformatics, imaging, and management.
I try to find a balance between a purely technical approach, part personnel management, and part project management.
I am open to new challenges and I am ready to work hard to achieve the objectives of the missions to which I will be assigned.
I am currently a Ph.D. student in Translational Medicine, INSERM U1113 IRFAC, Strasbourg, and Biophysics & Bioinformatics at BioSpecT research Lab in Reims (France), working with Dominique Guenot in Strasbourg, and Olivier PIOT, Cyril Gobinet in Reims. My research focuses on vibrational spectroscopy especially, chemometric approaches to identify spectral markers predictive of the therapeutic response in human colon cancer including the development of multimodal and selective supervised classification methods.
I obtained a Master's degree in Medical and Cell imaging from the University of Medicine in Caen and the University of Rouen (France). My first Master's thesis was about the analysis of confocal endo-microscopy images for the purpose of making an automatic diagnosis of the pathological state of the tissues: inflammatory/tumor lesions (Supervisor : Pr David Rousseau).
Then the second was about the development of a specific image processing tool called radio-mic to quantify and identify markers of the RT response in prostate cancer and supervised by Pr David Pasquier.
Before coming to France, I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Abou Bakr Belkaid, Tlemcen in Algeria.
