Bio
WENLIANG YIN was born in Anhui province, China in Nov. 1991. He received the B.Eng. degree in mechanical engineering and the Ph.D degree in power machinery and engineering from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China, in 2014 and 2019, respectively.
From Sep. 2017 to Sep. 2018, he was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, to conduct his research in the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, under the supervision of Prof. Zhao Yang Dong. He is currently an Associate professor (M.E supervisor) with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shandong University of Technology, Zibo city, China. He is also working as a postdoc fellow now with School of Electrical and Information Engineering, The University of Sydney, NSW, Australia. His research interests include renewable power generation with energy storage systems, techniques and equipment of wind power generation systems, mechanical transmission and mechanical vibration theory, control of electrical machines and robust system-level optimization methods.
