个人简介
I am Ph.D. in Solid State Physics with 7+years of extensive experience in physical failure analysis in semiconductor memory chip and characterization of perovskite oxides/catalyst/MXene using state-of-the-art transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and analytical aberration-corrected scanning TEM (ac-STEM).
I have demonstrated physical failure analysis skills (TEM, STEM, EELS, EDS) for semiconductor memory chip devices, including NAND, DRAM, and 3D Xpoint.
My research interests include the nano-structure of perovskite transition metal oxides/ MXene/electrochemical catalyst using electron microscopy; characterization with TEM/STEM/EELS/EDX; experimental condensed matter physics.
