个人简介
Yoshinobu Kaneda received the B.S. degree in physics from Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1993.
In 1993, he joined Sanyo Electric Corporation, Osaka, Japan. From 1993 to 2010, he was engaged in the research and design of flash memory from 8 to 128 Mb including embedded flash (eFlash). After transferring to ON Semiconductor, Phoenix, AZ, USA, in 2010, he worked on the development of low-power non-volatile memory (NVM) system for system-on-chips (SoCs). He is currently with Renesas Electronics Corporation, Tokyo, where he has been in charge of the design and development of the most-advanced embedded soft macro of NVM for micro controller units (MCUs) and SoCs.
