个人简介
Zi-Xuan Zhou, Ph.D., is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning, Beijing Normal University. He is also a member of the Developmental Population Neuroscience Research Center, IDG/McGovern Institute for Brain Research, Beijing Normal University.
He received the B.S. degree from the School of Physics and Electronics, Central South University in 2017, and studied for the Ph.D. degree at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as well as the Aerospace Information Research Institute under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, from 2017 to 2022. During his Ph.D. training, he investigated advanced concepts and architectures on satellite-borne microwave remote sensing, focusing on the enhancement of image swath, resolution, and quality (e.g., coherence) under more flexible imaging conditions based on modern signal processing and machine learning algorithms, with research results accepted by top conferences in the field and published in IEEE TRANS. He received the Ph.D. degree in June 2022 in the field of Communication and Information Systems, and shifted his research interest to explore the most complex information system known, the human brain, with the help of Prof. Xi-Nian Zuo.
Since joining the Developmental Population Neuroscience Research Center in July 2022, he has been committed to considering the relationship between brain and cognition from computational and systems views, optimizing neuroimaging phenotypes from a lifespan perspective, and re-evaluating large-scale brain-mind data processing/analysis from an interdisciplinary standpoint.
