Counter-phase modulation of WDM 24 x 100 Gb/s DP-QPSK channels in a polarization-insensitive fiber-loop is demonstrated for low noise degenerate four-wave mixing with a CW pump. The OSNR is boosted by approximate to 9 dB enabling an average approximate to 4 dB Q(2)-factor improvement.
