Nondestructive investigation on the nanocomposite ordering upon holography using Mueller matrix ellipsometry

•Width, refractive index, particle fraction in each interference area are observed.•Decrease width of dark region while increase of bright one is observed in recording.•Depolarization information is used to assist the evaluation of composite uniformity.
