摘要
•Early life stress (ELS) induced depressive-like behaviors in male and female rats.•FAAH inhibition (i.e. URB597) at mid-adolescence induced depressive-like behaviors.•ELS and URB597 decreased PFC and BLA CB1r as well as PFC and BLA GRs in males.•ELS and URB597 decreased BLA CB1r as well as CA1 and BLA GRs in females.•ELS-induced decrease in CB1r and GRs was sex-dependent and associated with behavior.
