Some of the research work conducted in this area is led to undertake an aspect that has not been much identified. The research literature reviewed so far shows that the customer retention is a very interesting and important topic in the service industry especially in banking industry. Service quality is usually understood as a measure of how well the level of the delivered services matches customer’s expectations (Santos, 2003). Most of the Indian Banks perform the same function & therefore customers place service quality on the top in their priority list while choosing a particular bank. Therefore, banks prosper or decline majorly depend on the quality service offered to the customer and due to this reason majority of the banks in India have placed service quality at the top of the list of business strategy. For this study the researcher have chosen six commercial banks out of 10 public sector banks and 04 private banks working in the Virudhunagar district (Tamilnadu) India. The customers of these banks are considered as respondents of the study. It is descriptive because descriptive data were collected through detailed customer survey and interviews. It is also explanatory since it tried to explain the relationship between the service quality in banking and customer retention, also realized that for better understanding of the relationship between service quality and customer retention. The researcher have used a judgmental sampling method to select samples for the study. In this research the researcher have selected 120 respondents to obtain required primary data. Service quality is commonly noted as a critical prerequisite for establishing and sustaining relationship with valued customers. Several studies have shown that a high level of customer service quality can exert a positive influence on customer satisfaction and retention. Therefore, customer retention is considered here as dependent variable and it depends upon service quality of commercial banks

Tourism is the movement of people away from their normal place of residents for leisure, work, or business not more than one year or not less than one day .MICE- is one of the recent trend in the International tourism market. MICE mean meetings, incentives, conferences, convents, events, and exhibitions. This study is based on secondary data. And it revealed that itis a rapid growing trend in tourism. But good awareness and development of tourism infrastructure is necessary for the growth of MICE.

Frequent itemset mining and Association Rule Mining are the extensively utilized data analysis techniques for a transactional database concerned with a trade-off. Data owners wish to acquire knowledge in these data analysis techniques to protect their sensitive data from additional data proprietor and third parties. This work emphasizes on privacy-preserving frequent itemset mining on a vertically partitioned database. An efficient homomorphic encryption scheme is designed to assure data privacy. Cryptography is a part of encryption that is used to guard information against third parties. In this work, frequent itemset mining algorithms such as Eclat, apriori, and FP-Growth are taken for analysis in terms of computation time and scalability of data. The analysis result shows that apriori algorithm is less time-consuming to generate rule in the cloud, irrespective of the number of transactions.

Calocybe indica (Milky mushroom) is one of the easily available and culturable mushrooms at relatively low cost. It comprises economic source of protein enriched with antioxidants and immune enhancing factors required for human health. Medicinal property of C. indica is due to the presence of polysaccharides, proteins, aminoacids, terpenes, terpenoids and phenols. In this study, methanolic extract of C.indica was used for invitro antioxidant, Protein denaturation inhibition, Nitric oxide scavenging and Membrane stabilization assays. Total Antioxidant activity (TAA) and phenolic content of Laboratory grown C. indica by phosphomolybdenum method was equivalent to that of ascorbic acid. Antiinflammatory effect was estimated by protein denaturation inhibition assay exhibits inhibition of 66.80 % at 1000 mu g/ml. C.indica also found to possess nitric oxide scavenging activity capable of 69.76 % inhibition at 1000 mu g/ml. Membrane stabilization assay revealed that methanolic extract of C.indica provides 55.83 % membrane stabilization.

this paper, 2-Neighbourly Irregular fuzzy graphs, 2-Neigh-bourly totally irregular fuzzy graphs are introduced and compared through various examples. 2-Neighbourly Irregularity on some fuzzy graphs whose underlying crisp graphs are a cycle, a Barbell graph B-n,B-m, Sub(B-n,B-m) and a path is studied.
