1Diversity-focused HRM Practices and Team Knowledge Sharing Behavior: the Mediating Roles of Involvement Climate and Shared Leadership
Faisal Qamar, Shuaib Ahmed Soomro, Yasir Mansoor Kundi, Subhan Shahid

Diversity-focused Human Resource Management (DHRM) practices and team knowledge-sharing behavior (KSB) are crucial for enhancing performance and fostering inclusive workplaces. They develop positive employee perceptions and help shape an organization's culture. Therefore, this study applies a relational perspective to investigate the relationship between DHRM practices and team KSB through employee involvement climate and shared leadership as serial mediators. It uses a multi-level and multi-wave dataset of 248 employees and their team leaders (n = 55) nested within 21 organizations. The authors followed a 2-2-1-1 research framework in which organizational DHRM practices (a level 2 variable) influenced team KSB (a level 1 outcome variable). This relationship was mediated by employee involvement climate within the organization (a level 2 variable) and shared leadership within teams (a level 1 variable). The findings support our hypotheses that DHRM practices enhance teams' KSB via serial mediation of involvement climate and shared leadership. This study enriches our understanding of team-level knowledge sharing by empirically testing a multi-level model and emphasizes that prioritizing DHRM practices foster positive aspects of teamwork. Organizations should value the unique characteristics of diverse workforce and encourage employee involvement in decision-making. This involvement nurtures shared leadership abilities, which in turn enhance knowledge-sharing tendencies within teams.

2Regulatory Challenges in Europe and Strategies for Novel Targeted-Alpha Therapies: Academic and Industrial Perspectives
Antero Abrunhosa, Anne Royers-Moes, Phlippe Vanwolleghem, Cristiana Gameiro,Renata Mikolajczak

Introduction The emergence of targeted alpha therapies (TAT), notably Astatine-211 (At-211) and Actinium-225 (Ac-225), offers transformative potential for cancers. However, the regulatory landscape for these novel radiolabelled compounds remains fragmented and complex. Both academic and industrial stakeholders face hurdles related to early clinical trials, standardization of specifications and analytical methods, more demanding transport regulations impeding efficient translation from bench to bedside and hindering access to patients. Objectives This work aims to identify the key regulatory challenges in developing new alpha therapies, considering both academic and industry perspectives, and to propose practical strategies to streamline regulatory processes and speed up clinical translation. Materials and Methods The current regulatory framework in clinical trials will be presented. The challenges in establishing harmonized specifications will be summarized with the goal of creating pharmacopoeia monographs. Transport regulations and their impacts will be discussed. Results The EU framework allows flexibility for non-GMP radionuclide use in early-phase academic trials, but national authorities may impose additional requirements. From an industry seeking regulatory approval, the master file approach is proposed for radionuclides used in labelling, with the appropriate quality requirements proportional to the application stage - whether early phase clinical trial, late phase or marketing authorization. This pathway streamlines regulatory submissions, enabling harmonized dossiers across different jurisdictions.Data on novel alpha-emitting radiolabeled compounds are limited and still evolving. To ensure consistent quality, standardizing specifications and validating methods are crucial, whether radionuclides are used locally or transported. Establishing European Pharmacopoeia monographs as a reference for setting quality standards for clinical trials and beyond would be beneficial. International organizations, such as IAEA, are well-positioned to promote knowledge-sharing and provide training opportunities.Lastly, transport of radionuclides and radioactive drugs are subjected to demanding IAEA and EU transport regulations. Recent changes in these regulations will severely restrict shipments, increase costs, and impact patient access. Conclusion The regulatory pathway for innovative alpha therapies is characterized by fragmentation and evolving requirements. In short, a harmonized European framework and clear guidance are necessary for early-phase academic clinical trials. From an industry perspective, seeking marketing authorization approval, the master file approach provides industry with a scalable solution for regulatory compliance.Standardization of specifications through compendial monographs will lead to broader adoption and clearer regulatory guidelines.Support form international bodies is essential. All of these are necessary to ensure effective access to novel alpha-therapies. 3“Consumer Perception of Privacy Contriols and Data Security in the Digitalization of Loan Product Delivery”
Neha RV, Shubham Kumar, Krishna Kumari, Manish Jain

This study explores customer perceptions of privacy controls and data security within the digitalization of loan product delivery. Specifically, it evaluates customer satisfaction with privacy controls, assesses concerns about data breaches, and analyzes the impact of digitalization on customer trust and acceptance of loan products. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through structured surveys and analyzed employing descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and multiple regression to test hypothesized relationships. Findings indicate that higher satisfaction with privacy controls significantly enhances customer trust, while greater concerns about data breaches negatively influence acceptance of digital loan services. Additionally, digitalization positively impacts both trust and acceptance, highlighting its critical role in modern loan delivery. These results underscore the importance of robust privacy measures and security assurances in fostering customer confidence in digital financial services. The study contributes to understanding how digital transformation affects consumer behavior in the financial sector and offers insights for lenders aiming to optimize digital loan platforms.

4Sequence-to-Image Transformation for Sequence Classification Using Rips Complex Construction and Chaos Game Representation
    Sarwan Ali,Taslim Murad,Imdadullah Khan

Traditional feature engineering approaches for molecular sequence classification suffer from sparsity issues and computational complexity, while deep learning models often underperform on tabular biological data. This paper introduces a novel topological approach that transforms molecular sequences into images by combining Chaos Game Representation (CGR) with Rips complex construction from algebraic topology. Our method maps sequence elements to 2D coordinates via CGR, computes pairwise distances, and constructs Rips complexes to capture both local structural and global topological features. We provide formal guarantees on representation uniqueness, topological stability, and information preservation. Extensive experiments on anticancer peptide datasets demonstrate superior performance over vector-based, sequence language models, and existing image-based methods, achieving 86.8

5An Enhanced Self-Organizing Time Division Multiple Access Protocol for Wireless Communication Systems
    Masood Alam Abbasi,Sayeed Ghani,Faisal Iradat

In wireless communications systems, self-organizing time division multiple access (STDMA) protocol has emerged as an alternative to traditional TDMA based protocols that require strict synchronization and centralized control of resources. STDMA has been used in industry for ship navigation, in automatic identification system (AIS), air traffic navigation in VHF data link Mode 4 (VDL Mode 4) and also proposed for the vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) … unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication systems. In this research, an enhancement to STDMA protocol has been proposed, termed as AG-STDMA, that is based on the use of geometric probability distribution instead of uniform probability distribution used in STDMA protocol, selection of slots for candidate set (CS) compilation based on timeout values in ascending order and unique slot placement methodology for free and externally allocated slots when number of free slots in the CS are less than the protocol threshold WCSmin. The placement of slots according to timeout values in ascending order ensures that transmission slot selection using geometric distribution will result in transmission collision for low duration period as compared to the existing STDMA protocol, even if an externally allocated slot is selected, since the externally allocated slot will be in a free state much sooner as the slots with low timeout values are included in CS. This novel methodology provides improved results in comparison to existing STDMA protocol. Moreover, a mathematical model has been developed for obtaining optimum value for the geometric probability distribution parameter (a) that verifies simulation results. Percentage decrease ranging from approximately 27% to 58% and approximately 18% to 77% has been achieved for Transmission Collisions and Channel Access Delay respectively, justifying the use of AG-STDMA instead of STDMA protocol for future deployment in the communication systems.
