Namangan State University (NamSU) was established in 1942 as a pedagogical institute. It is in Namangan province which has almost 2.8 mln population with 7900 km2 area located in eastern part on Uzbekistan, considered one of the strategically important area. Nowadays NamSU has over 20,000 students in bachelor and master degree programs. NamSU has 600 teaching staff which 46% of them have PhD and Doctoral levels degrees. NamSU offers various courses of study, including 54 bachelor educational programs, 15 masters specialization programs, 10 programs for full-time Doctorate and another 15 programs for part-time Doctorate. The university trains high-skilled specialists in Languages (Uzbek, Russian, English, German), Literature, Social sciences, Political sciences, History, Archive studies, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, preschool education, Sport, applied art, music education, geography, economy, mathematics, applied mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, technical sciences, tourism, hotel management, information technology and library studies. The university have also newly established dual degree programs in medicine with Ural Medical University (Russia). The university has academic relationships with more than 40 advanced universities in Europe, Asia and CIS countries. Every year the teaching staff and students attend different scientific events and spend academic visits in advanced universities in developed countries. NamSU was a national coordinator for TuCAHEA Tempus project (www.tucahea.org), participated in IMEP, UZDOC 2.0 and Erasmus+ projects..
We investigate translation-invariant Gibbs measures of the Hard-Core-Potts (HC-Potts) model on the Cayley tree. The model combines Potts-type ferromagnetic interactions with a hard-core exclusion rule, leading to a nontrivial interplay between magnetic ordering and occupancy constraints. For the hinge-type fertile graph, we analyze the cases k = 2 and k = 3, and determine explicit critical values of theta that mark the transition from uniqueness to multiplicity of Gibbs measures. The model exhibits up to five translation-invariant phases depending on the interaction strength. Thermodynamic quantities such as magnetization and quadrupolar moment are computed, revealing ordered phases at low temperatures and a paramagnetic phase at high temperatures.
This paper is devoted to the study of one well-known problem of B. N. Pshenichnyi, namely the problem of simple group pursuit, when players make step-by-step movements. The paper considers two separate cases. In the first case, a discrete pursuit game is solved, when only one pursuer and one evader participate in the game. To solve this problem, an algorithm for applying the fl-strategy is given. According to the proposed method, the players first approach each other and eventually coincide exactly. In the second case, the proposed solution method is extended to the game of group pursuit. The obtained results are verified using animation models created in the Visual C# programming language using ScottPlot.WinForms technology.
The new C19-diterpenoid alkaloid 19-oxo-14-acetylbrowniine (1) and the alkaloid shawurensine for the first time were isolated from the plant Delphinium oreophilum collected in Jizzakh Region, Uzbekistan. The structure of the new alkaloid was elucidated using IR, 1D, and 2D NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Compound 1 demonstrated high (78.6
“This article examines the psycholinguistic interpretation of the characters’ psychological state and speech dynamics in literary texts based on Abdulla Qahhor’s short stories. The study analyzes the relationship between speech and psychological factors, in particular the changes in speech under conditions of stress, fear, and conflict.”
