An integrative model, combining existing fragmented linguistic descriptions, was developed for analyzing prepositional-deverbative constructions (PDC) in modern German as a core means of expressing taxis relations. The four-level analytical framework was consistently implemented using a corpus of selected linguistic data. Its explanatory value was demonstrated based on a representative sample of utterances containing prepositional deverbatives collected from the Leipzig National Corpus of modern German. This representative sample was analyzed to show how an interaction between the studied levels determines the expression of the taxis relations of simultaneity and non-simultaneity (i.e., to indicate whether actions happen at the same time or at different times). According to the proposed approach, the PDC emerges as a dynamic semantic-syntactic system, the integral meaning of which is formed through a non-linear integration of the following interconnected components: 1) the word-formation level: the degree of verbogenicity of the deverbative; 2) the lexical-aspectual level: the aspectual-actional class semantics of the deverbative; 3) the relational level: the categorical semantics of the prepositional classifier; 4) the contextual-modulation level: the influence of the semantics of the main predicate, determinants, and pragmatic conditions of the discourse.
Employee engagement, his emotional, cognitive and behavioral commitment to his company, profession, and work results are all key factors determining the quality and productivity of work. In recent decades, there has been a simultaneous increase in scientific interest in the topic of employee engagement and a decrease in engagement itself on a global scale, which significantly damages the development of the economy. It has been noted that the intensive spread of computer technologies further enhances the influence of employee engagement, since an employee without engagement is more easily replaced by artificial intelligence programs. The article shows the relationship between the fall in the level of employee involvement and the state of the existential vacuum, which has been observed since the sixties of the twentieth century, and the mechanisms of reproduction of the states of the existential vacuum, images of deceptive and malevolent surrounding reality, are present at the present time. The article presents the results of a study of students' subjective perceptions of the meaning of individual spheres of modern human activity and their own daily life, as well as their current and future goals. Based on the survey data of students of psychological and pedagogical specialties in Russia and Belarus, the hypothesis that modern youth is in a state of existential vacuum has been confirmed. This condition has become an element of everyday life and is perceived as the norm.
The study aims, based on the analysis of the views of advisers to the director of education and interaction with children’s public associations (hereinafter referred to as advisers) regarding the structure of an inclusive school theater and the technologies that integrate its activities in an inclusive education environment, to determine the readiness of advisers to create inclusive theaters and their needs for methodological support in this area. Attention is drawn to the fact that a significant dimension of the activity of the adviser and their associates – teachers, parents, and students – is the integration of inclusive children’s theaters into the educational environment. This is an important aspect of developing an inclusive culture, contributing to the formation of friendly attitudes toward people with disabilities among the surrounding child-adult community. The article examines survey data from advisers, aimed at studying their interest in creating inclusive school theaters involving both typically developing students and students with disabilities within an educational organization. The opinions of education advisers regarding current innovative practices of school inclusive theaters are analyzed. Materials from the practical experience of an inclusive school theater, as well as approaches and areas of educational work in an inclusive educational institution during the preparation and writing of scripts for school inclusive theaters, are presented. Methods for integrating students with various nosologies and typically developing students into the socio-cultural space through theatrical means are provided, along with interaction in this area with the parent community and social partners. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that, for the first time, the levels of interest, competency gaps, and needs of advisers regarding the creation of inclusive school theaters have been empirically identified, and their views on the age categories of participants, opportunities for involving professional experts, and the necessary methodological support have been described. As a result of the study, it was established that the positive experience of creating school inclusive theaters in educational organizations serves as a strong incentive for the activities of advisers in the context of inclusive education.
The article is devoted to the study of the current state of the group of nominations of subjects of olfactory perception, represented by a wide range of usual and occasional lexemes, such as aromamarketer, aromastylist, perfumer, flavorist, smeller, and many others. The study of the mechanisms and strategies of naming a person who perceives a smell in semantic and pragmatic aspects allows us to identify socially significant and culturally conditioned information that is important for understanding the mental models and value orientations of the creators and users of these names. The identified lexemes differ in semantic, word-formation, and functional-stylistic aspects, which is why their frequency and spheres of use vary (from narrowly terminological to colloquial). In addition, many words are polysemous, which allows us to talk about discursive variation of meaning. The author notes that the subject of perception is characterized in terms of perceptual action and perceptual ability, and in many cases, the semantics of person names retain the seme of the voluntariness of perceptual action, although the action of smelling can occur involuntarily. Special attention is paid to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of the nomination of individuals characterized by the presence or absence of the ability to perceive odors (“smellers” and “non-smellers”). There is a tendency to expand the conceptual framework of olfactory perception to include areas of spiritual and moral assessment of individuals.
Palliative care is an important element of the modern healthcare system and social policy, reflecting society’s attitude towards vulnerability, pain, and dying. In the context of an aging population and an increase in chronic and incurable diseases, the issue of the availability and quality of palliative care becomes particularly important. The purpose of this article is to provide a sociological analysis of the development and functioning of palliative care in Russia, focusing on the institutional mechanisms that determine its accessibility. The theoretical and methodological basis of the analysis is the institutional approach, the concepts of sociology of care, and the theories of social inequality, which allow us to consider palliative care as a social institution that is formed at the intersection of formal regulations and real care practices. The use of a comparative approach makes it possible to compare the Russian model of palliative care with foreign practices and determine its place in the global typology of palliative care systems. A sociological approach allows us to identify factors that require management intervention to overcome the situation in which the actual coverage of the population by palliative care remains limited and is characterized by pronounced regional and social inequalities, despite the existence of a regulatory framework and government involvement in the development of this area in the Russian Federation.
