This study analyzes global developments related to product differentiation strategies using a bibliometric approach. By analyzing scientific publications from various countries such as the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Indonesia. The data was collected from reputable databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, with a publication time span between 2020 and 2024. Bibliometric methods are used to identify research trends, collaboration networks, and key topics within this field. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of publications related to this topic in the last five years, focusing on trade, investment, pricing, development, spatial differentiation, differentiation strategy, product differentiation strategy, customer loyalty, performance, influence, vertical product differentiation, horizontal product differentiation, platform, cost, innovation, product quality, purchasing decision, brand trust, and brand image. The study provides comprehensive insight into the global product differentiation research landscape and identifies potential areas for future research.
Advances in digital technology are driving the banking industry to undertake business transformation to improve organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital business transformation on organizational performance, with digital capabilities and employee adaptability as mediating variables. The study used a quantitative approach through a survey of banking employees involved in digital transformation. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that digital business transformation has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance, as well as improving employee digital capabilities and adaptability. Both variables also positively influence organizational performance and act as partial mediators in the relationship between digital business transformation and organizational performance. These findings indicate that the success of digital transformation depends not only on technology investment but also on strengthening employee digital capabilities and adaptability. This study provides an empirical contribution to the development of digital transformation studies in the banking sector and provides input for bank management in improving organizational performance sustainably.
Nurses in intensive care units often face high psychological and emotional demands that can affect their level of engagement at work. This study aimed to examine the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) on Work Engagement among pediatric intensive care nurses in Indonesia, using the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) framework. The study focused on PsyCap as a personal resource consisting of self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. A quantitative cross-sectional design was conducted with 36 nurses working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of a hospital in Jakarta. Data were collected using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) and analyzed through simple linear regression. The results showed that PsyCap significantly predicted Work Engagement (β = .651, p < .001), explaining 42.4% of the variance (R² = .424). Nurses with higher self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience tended to demonstrate greater vigor, dedication, and absorption in their work. This relationship remained evident despite adequate staffing conditions. The findings highlight the importance of Psychological Capital as a personal resource that supports sustainable work engagement. Healthcare organizations should therefore strengthen nurses' PsyCap through training, coaching, mentoring, and supportive workplace practices to promote well-being, retention, and quality of patient care.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly integrated into educational practices, creating new opportunities and challenges for students’ learning motivation. This study examined the association between self-efficacy and learning motivation and investigated whether peer support moderated this relationship among high school students using AI for learning. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 141 Grade 11 students in Jakarta, Indonesia. Bayesian correlation and hierarchical regression analyses were employed to evaluate the relationships among the variables. Self-efficacy showed a strong positive association with learning motivation (ρ = 0.75, 95% CrI [0.66, 0.81]) and substantially increased explained variance. Peer support showed limited evidence of a direct association with learning motivation. The self-efficacy x peer support interaction was small (B = 0.01, 95% CrI [0.00, 0.02]) and yielded BF10 = 0.02, providing evidence in favor of the null hypothesis rather than a reliable moderation effect. These findings identify self-efficacy as a robust correlate of learning motivation, whereas the role of peer support as a moderator remains unsupported in the present sample.
