AI powered educational tools are revamping the global education scenario. This systematic review analyses 11 research articles obtained through inclusion exclusion criteria, highlighting benefits and challenges of AI educational tools. Findings discuss emerged themes like AI in personalizing learning, Innovative Pedagogical Frameworks, Student Perceptions, challenges and ethical issues. AI literacy for both teachers and students are prerequisite for success with AI tools
National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recommended integration of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) into education system and governance. Researcher investigate multidimensional relevance of IKS, emphasizing Kautilya’s Arthashastra, as a guideline for present politics, economics, and management. IKS principles such as Dharma, Artha, and Lokasaṃgraha can help epistemic decolonization, promote sustainable development and develop self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat) as is observed from reviewing empirical articles. Review concludes that while institutional challenges like faculty capacity and resource scarcity exist, IKS integration will develop culturally rooted yet globally competent citizens for a "Viksit Bharat 2047".
The effect of the presence of two probe waveguides on the dynamics of hyper-Raman processes is studied in terms of quantum Zeno and anti-Zeno effects. Specifically, the enhancement (diminution) of the evolution of the hyper-Raman processes due to interaction with the probe waveguides via evanescent waves is viewed as quantum Zeno (anti-Zeno) effect. We considered the two probe waveguides interacting with only one of the optical modes at a time. For instance, as a specific scenario, it is considered that the two non-degenerate pump modes interact with each probe waveguide linearly while Stokes and anti-Stokes modes do not interact with the probes. Similarly, in another scenario, we assumed both the probe waveguides interact with Stokes (anti-Stokes) mode simultaneously. The present results show that quantum Zeno (anti-Zeno) effect is associated with phase-matching (mismatching). However, we did not find any relation between the presence of the quantum Zeno effect and antibunching in the bosonic modes present in the hyper-Raman processes.
Covid 19 forced the global education system to shift to an online mode without prior preparation. Due to the uncertainty of the duration of pandemic, children have to continue in online mode. This made present researchers undertake a qualitative survey to find the impact of this sudden shift, and how children in different age groups are adjusting to it. Researchers interviewed twelve children about their perceptions regarding online mode of learning. Certain common perspectives emerged from the interviews as network issues, missing school, difficulty in conceptual learning, lower level of classroom interaction, reduced importance of learning and evaluation and so on. Interview findings suggested that most of the children wanted to return to offline classroom and were prepared to accept blended education in future times.
