
The Convention and Exhibition Industry is a trend-setting service industry that brings positive economic benefits to host countries, in addition to promoting international exchange and cooperation. It combines a range of businesses from trade, finance, sightseeing, and tourism among others, and its development brings considerable positive economic impact. With the growing divergence of environmental management standards of various industries, corporations now face ever pressing demand to gain an edge in the competitive global marketplace through measures such as adopting the appropriate green competition strategy, obtaining necessary environmental management certification, becoming accredited by customers' green supply chain audit process. This study uses DEA to evaluate the performance of environmental management systems based on artificial intelligence (AI). The evaluation process includes the choice of the proper input and output factors for valid assessment of each DMU's systematic performance. There are three input and output variables, and 12 DMUs, selected through a rigorous process from a range of samples comprised of different convention and exhibition companies in Taiwan. The data used in this study comprised of published documents and annual reports. The research results are the following. 1) There is one DMU with an AI-based environmental management system with an efficiency rating of 1, which qualifies as a strong form efficiency. Four DMU artificial intelligence environmental management systems have efficiency ratings between 0.9 and 1, and seven such systems with a rating below 0.9. 2) Recommendations based on slack variable analysis of convention and exhibition companies with input excess or shortage consist of necessary improvements that contribute to the industry's professional image, thereby placing the industry in a position of bringing significant business opportunities to host cities.
With the increasing threat of global climate change to mankind, it has become a global consensus to reduce carbon emissions. Low-carbon energy-saving buildings are energy-saving, environmentally friendly cities and towns marked by low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions. It is a model that conforms to the development of urbanization with Chinese characteristics under the constraints of ecological environment. Based on the analysis of the development path of low-carbon energy-saving buildings, this paper proposes that low-carbon energy-saving buildings are a process of integrated development from “building energy conservation and green buildings” to “energy conservation and emission reduction” to “low-carbon energy-saving buildings”. The ecological model is an effective method to optimize the scientific development of low-carbon energy-saving buildings. Then the definition, classification, function and construction of ecological models are described. Then, the role of ecological model in the development of low-carbon energy-saving buildings in China is discussed.
The invasion and spread of abnormal biological species have caused serious losses to the agricultural ecological environment. Using wireless sensor and database technology, this paper designs an abnormal monitoring system for agricultural biology species information. The system consists of agricultural ecological environment, sensors, base stations and remote monitoring centers. On this basis, a wireless sensor node structure and a database for identification and monitoring of abnormal biological species in agricultural ecological environment are designed and created. Empirical results show that the system can effectively identify the abnormal biological species in the agricultural ecological environment. The monitoring range is comprehensive, and it has a high timeliness and obvious application advantages.
Torreya grandis can only survive in China because of its unique living habits. In recent years, because of the increasing demand for wood, the social value of Torreya grandis has become progressively high. However, people ignored the use of its bark, believing that only the timber was of value. In order to explore a new way to utilize the resources of Chinese Torreya bark, methanol and ethanol were used to extract the powder of Chinese Torreya bark. The extracts were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The pyrolysis products of catalytic cracking products and high efficiency extraction products were studied by GC-MS. The results showed that the extracts from the bark of Torreya grandis contain a large number of bioactive components, and these substances can be advantageous for human use. The chemical constituents of different extracts from the bark of Torreya grandis were studied, and a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of the bark was provided.
Cognitive linguistics is a new method of language research. It is not only a single language theory, but also a research paradigm. It is a general term for many cognitive language theories. The cognitive linguistic regards the daily experience of people as the basis of language use and focuses on the inextricable link between language and general cognitive ability. In order to study the lexical cognition neuroscience from the perspective of cognitive linguistics, the experiment is carried out to test the lexical cognitive neuroscience. By pre-testing and post-testing the essays of the experimental and control students, lexical cognitive neuroscience can effectively improve the English writing level of secondary vocational students.
This paper analyzes ChineseBuckeyeSeed using TG to analyze organic solvent extracts, the pyrolysis product was then analyzed by Py-GC-MS. The results show that the ChineseBuckeyeSeed is mainly healthy and rich in ChineseBuckeyeSeed extracts, The main representative of the active ingredient are Furfural, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Catechol, 1,2-Benzenediol, 4-methyl-, 3-Amino-s-triazole, 2,3-Quinoxalinedione, 1,4-dihydro-, Docosanoic acid, Medetomidine. ChineseBuckeyeSeed extract contains a large amount of biologically active ingredients, including acids, phenols, alcohols, ketones and ethers, not only in the fields of bioenergy, biomedicine, cosmetics, skin care and fragrance, but also potential application prospects, ChineseBuckeyeSeed's chemical composition research provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of this plant.
The effect of combined therapy of IL-2 and IFN-α on immune function of postoperative patients with liver cancer was observed and analyzed in ecological environment. The 160 patients with liver cancer who received treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects, all of whom were applied with treatment for liver cancer. All the patients in this study enjoyed the right to know and signed informed consent before study. The patients were divided into research group and control group, each containing 80. The patients in control group were treated with IFN-α after operation, while patients in research group were applied with combined therapy of IL -2 and IFN. Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in SIL-12 level between research group and control group, P > 0.05; After implementing different treatments, theSIL-12 level in research group increased significantly, which was significantly higher than that of control group, P < 0.05. In addition, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD56+in research group after treatment were also significantly superior to control group, and the intergroup difference was of statistical significance, P < 0.05. The combined therapy of IL-2 and IFN-αwould effectively improve the immune function of postoperative patient with liver cancer and obtain better prognosis, which should be promoted clinics.
Sharing bicycles is one of the experience in sharing economy in terms of traveling, which efficiently address the subject of "last kilometer" and "green travel" whilst maximizing utilization ratio of public resources and playing a key role in improving city transportation efficiency and optimizing energy conservation and emission reduction. In the face of complex and various demands of consumers, in order to have a better cycling experience for consumers and meeting the needs of them, a favorable, comfortable and innovative design is a key aspect worthy of consideration. Based on the idea of environmental protection, this thesis analyzes the service properties of shared-bicycle, taking into consideration of consumer needs, preferences. By document collection, consumer questionnaire, SPSS statistics analysis, the framework of product properties is revised and adjusted, increasing research credibility. Through quality function deployment, consumers' requirements towards sharing-bicycle service are gained, which will be conducive to companies converting consumer requirements to technical requirements, improving and prompting product service properties. Lastly, by Grey relational analysis, the importance level of each quality properties of products are determined. Through analysis into and ranking among advantages and disadvantages of the top five brands in the market, proper reference is set out for companies develop and improve product qualities, enabling products to truly meet the demands of customers, and to maintain a better urban environment in terms of order and safety.
In order to improve the allocation efficiency of knowledge resources in industrial technological innovation, the theory design of utility, niche and knowledge management is integrated. Based on the coordination model of industrial technological innovation based on the ecological evolution of knowledge transfer, the knowledge input of members under Nash equilibrium and Pareto equilibrium is analyzed by combining qualitative and numerical examples, and the generation of stock knowledge, incremental knowledge and alliance knowledge is revealed, evolution mechanism of state relations. The research shows that incremental knowledge, knowledge transfer capability coefficient and knowledge transfer willingness coefficient have great influence on the evolution equilibrium and input-output utility of knowledge transfer among members. By taking incremental knowledge as the core driving force, coordinating the three kinds of knowledge transfer capability coefficient and willingness coefficient in alliance, building interdependent knowledge symbiosis relationship is conducive to promoting the orderly growth of knowledge and improving industry. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of oil pollution accidents and the transport process of pollutants, a threedimensional oil pollution model based on Lagrange integral method is established. The model calculates the diffusion and transport behavior of pollutants in oil-polluted environments, such as homogeneous density, stratified density and stratified velocity. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which proves the accuracy and validity of the model. The simulation example of oil spill accident in Bohai submarine pipeline shows that the model can provide theoretical basis and technical support for risk assessment and emergency response of oil pollution accident.
The urgency of the study is due to the fact that on the threshold of XXI, humanity faced a global civilization and environmental crisis caused by the spread of Darwinism, natural philosophy and anthropocentrism, the formation of techno-gene civilization and a consumer society. The solution of the problems connected with this is possible only on the basis of creating a new humanistic rational biosphere and noosphere-based world outlook and forming on its basis an individual and social consciousness. The primary role in this process is given to the education system, which must be appropriately reformed on the basis of sustainable development concept, reflecting the current trends in the development of human civilization in order to preserve its existence in harmony with the natural environment. The study purpose: this article is aimed at analyzing various approaches to modern environmental education, factors of its effectiveness in the context of sustainable development concept’s implementation. The study results: it is established that modern environmental education should be focused on the formation of a humanistic co-evolutionary consciousness and spiritual and moral foundations of the noosphere era’s human capable of creating conditions for the ecological, economic and social sustainable development of civilization with harmonious interaction with the biosphere and socio-sphere. Based on the analysis of the relevant scientific literature, the article highlights the main factors of the effectiveness of environmental education in the framework of sustainable development concept, such as integrity, humanization and environmental self-training and self-upbringing, as well as their content is disclosed. Practical significance: The materials of the article are of theoretical and practical value for the development of educational and methodical complexes on ecology and ecological pedagogy, teachers’ training and retraining programs, as well as programs aimed at the formation of new environmentally appropriate ideological and value attitudes among modern youth.
Changes in curricula, publication policy and information technology, notably in China have led to concentrations in the role of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education in early childhood and applauded to proliferations of imported up-to-date reading materials and mobile apps in English. This paper proposes a longitude study of a Chinese toddler learning STEM by reading picture books and playing with tablet and suggests new horizons in parenting and in STEM education of ecological awareness during children's early years. The present study carried out from 2016, when the participant reached one year old, eligible to learn to speak and to concentrate on the picture books read by parents who had filled a language background questionnaire with information on themselves and the participant. Tablet playing brought about for the two-year-old toddler and collections of STEM books in English was added for the second year. Data collection lasted for two years with an iLab video camera, capturing utterances and motions for five minutes per week transcribed by VoiceScript software. Tests were given quarterly at private home by tapping in mobile app "Bilingual Child Learning" which consists of 20 basic STEM themes before scores were collected. Findings indicate that (1) it is accessible for children of very early years to be engaged in English STEM resources cultivating awareness of human impact on the environment and inspiring them to be a part of the solution, (2) kids' limited English dominance does not impede learning STEM, (3) and to think in English in early STEM contributes to children's English.
Educational level of residents is one of the key factors which effecting the efficiency of public information service potentially. However, whether or not that the efficiency of public information service will be increasing along with the improvement of education level of residents remains obscure. Present study conducted a multiple regression analysis, which is focus on the revealing of cause and effect relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, based on a cluster of panel data which covered the 15 years statistical data from provincial areas in China and aimed to shed light on the interaction of education level of residents and public libraries. Findings include that: (a) The public librarianship of China has exhibited the phenomenon of "structural mutation" in recent decade. (b) The impact of financial funds investment on the business indicators of public libraries is reflected in different ways. (c) The educational level of residents has a negative effect on the business indicators of public libraries instead of positive effect in common sense.
It is important to study the correlation between fossil fuel combustion products and atmospheric environmental pollution for improving atmospheric environmental quality. Therefore, the correlation between fossil fuel combustion products and atmospheric environmental pollution is constructed. Samples of NO2, O-3, CO, SO2 and PM2.5 in a city are collected. Multiple linear regression models of correlation among NO2, SO2 and PM2.5, and regression models of correlation among O-3, CO and PM2.5 are constructed according to the results of sample analysis. The results show that NO2, SO2 and PM2.5 have strong correlation, the correlation between day and night in summer is slightly better than that of winter, and the correlation between winter and summer is better than that of summer. In addition, the correlation regression model of O-3, CO and PM2.5 can basically estimate the change trend of PM2.5 particle concentration. The results show that the model can provide a reliable means for analyzing the correlation between fossil fuel combustion products and atmospheric environmental pollution, and play an important role in improving environmental quality.
Socio-economic development promotes the rapid development of sports industry. Although Hunan sports industry has achieved some results, the development of sports service industry, as the core of sports industry, still needs to be further promoted. A thorough study of the coupling development mechanism between sports industry and tourism industry is made. Taking the coupling of Hunan tourism industry and leisure sports industry as the research object, by using the methods of documentation, logical analysis, field investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper collects the research data and constructs the model of coupling degree and coordination degree between sports industry and tourism industry. On this basis, the evaluation of coupling degree and coordination degree between sports industry and tourism industry in Hunan Province is realized according to the indicators of coupling degree between sports industry and tourism industry in Hunan Province. The results show that there is a coupling relationship between tourism industry and sports industry in Hunan Province from the beginning of development; the degree of coupling and coordination between sports industry and tourism industry has increased year by year, from 0.257 in 2012 to 0.595 in 2018, which indicates that the mechanism of coupling development between sports industry and tourism industry in Hunan Province has developed well, but it is still at a low level, and there is still a lot of space and potential for development.
Transformations to create more sustainable social-ecological systems are urgently needed. Network structures are often seen in many urban systems, such as urban transport system and urban functional networks; these networked urban systems can be described as social networks in which the nodes denote the individuals in the systems and the edges denote the relationships among the individuals. In the evolution of these networked systems, individual attributes play an important role but which were often ignored in previous studies. To address the effects of individual attributes in the evolution of networked systems, this paper presents an energy-based model to simulate the coevolution of network structures and individual attributes in social networks. Each node is endowed with an attribute vector representing its place in a multidimensional space. The evolution can be viewed as interaction among nodes, moving closer or farer away; an edge exists only when its two endpoints' distance is lower than a threshold. Every node tends to move to a low-energy place driven by attractive force from its immediate neighbors and repulsion force from all other nodes. A new place means a change of attributes. The simulation results show that individual attributes change in the evolution process while keeping the power-law degree distribution and generating clusters. Therefore, the energy model can imitate some complex social phenomena in networked urban systems by simple repulsion and attraction rules.
Environmental law as a science is being reconsidered because new environmental challenges and issues and their regulation require for theoretical understandings. International documents fixing the progressive world community's vision of prospects for the fight against global environmental issues serve as lawmaking acts. The United Nations Millennium Declaration 2000 (Chapter IV Protecting our common environment) is meant to be one of the strategic international documents stipulating cornerstone principles of environmental compliance and policy for the short-and long-term perspective. This article describes the principles and provisions declared in this document and their significance for international environmental law development.
Under the constraints of environmental impact assessment, in addition to considering the safety and economy of power system operation, attention should also be paid to CO2 emissions during operation. This paper studies the low-carbon dispatch problem of virtual power plant from two aspects of power generation resources and flexible load, and establishes a low-carbon dispatch optimization model considering the price response of demand-side carbon emissions. Firstly, the power generation plan is made considering carbon emission constraint for power sources. Secondly, the price response function of load is made in order to adjust the selling price of electricity to adjust the consumption of electricity and thus limit the carbon emission. Finally, the comprehensive operation costs of virtual power plant in different scenarios are analyzed through simulation examples. The low carbon and economy of the model is verified by the results of examples.
The advance of medical technology and the extended life expectancy have the elderly face more multiple problems. To cope with the aging society, the government and social welfare units should stress more on the elderly welfare, health care, and assistance in daily life. Young population migrating to cities for better job and life, female manpower largely involving in the labor market, large change in family structure, and rapidly increase in the elderly population have resulted in more situations of the elderly living alone. Aiming at the elderly in Shanghai, as the research objects, total 500 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 364 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 73%. The research results conclude 1. significantly negative effects of perceived health condition on medical ecology service use, 2. remarkably positive effects of social support on perceived health condition, and 3. notably negative effects of social support on medical ecology service use. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to provide reference for social affairs units promoting the inadequacy so that the elderly are able to independently take care of themselves. It would reduce national health care expenditure and enhance the elderly satisfaction with life.
Purpose to the international political, economic, and sports cultural exchanges, promote the development of the CUBA women's basketball player physical ability and skills, enhance the comprehensive strength of the country. Methods: using the method of logistic growth curve of CUBA women's way of the activities of the professional basketball player, in the strength of the game are analyzed. Results: The Chinese athletes play, mainly through the ATP - CP, aerobic and anaerobic, three ways to obtain energy and the Polaris accounted for about 56%; Second, exercise time, place, number of athlete's condition were studied. Conclusion: the Chinese female athletes, 60% of people choose 60 minutes of exercise in the afternoon, the sports bureau in recent years, published to coincide with the best time to exercise; Logistic growth curve method is used, the number of Chinese professional female basketball player to come in the next five years, 2015-2019, with the development of China's basketball career, women gradually increased the number of the professional basketball player in China, which proves that the Chinese women's basketball career is coming to normal.
