目的:研究络沙坦(Losartan)对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠肺损伤的保护作用.方法:SD大鼠30只随机分为3组:正常对照组、ANP组、Losartan治疗组.采用大剂量精氨酸腹腔注射诱导ANP模型,治疗组于造模后30 min给予Losartan200 μg/kg,2次,每次间隔1 h.各组于造模后24 h处死大鼠,观察大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肾素(PRA)、淀粉酶(AMY)、TNF-α、IL-1β、肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、肺湿/干重比值、胰腺/体重比值、胰腺和肺组织病理变化.结果:ANP组血浆AngⅡ、PRA、AMY、TNF-α、IL-1β、MPO、肺湿/干重比值、胰腺/体重比值较对照组明显升高;Losartan治疗组血浆AngⅡ、PRA较ANP组变化不明显,AMY、TNF-α、IL-1β、MPO、肺湿/干重比值、胰腺/体重比值较ANP组明显下降,胰腺和肺组织病理损伤明显减轻.结论:络沙坦对血浆AngⅡ、PRA无明显影响,可以减少TNF-α、IL-1β、MPO的产生,对ANP肺损伤具有保护作用.
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) used to be thought as a chronic functional gastrointestinal disease. This article reviews the change of proinflammatory cytokines and antiinflammatory cytokines in post-infection IBS cases and presents that the imbalance between both cytokines facilitating the onset of IBS.

Objective: To study the effect of cell apoptosis on rat pancreatic acinar cells injury in dietary hypertriglyceridemia. Methods: Male SD rats were assigned to one of two experimental groups and fed for 4 weeks with high fat diet or normal diet. Blood samples were taken to measure triglyceride and cholesterol in plasma. Pancreatic acinar cells were isolated by collagenase digestion. Cell viability was determined by typan blue dyeing at different time points. Cells treated with CCK-8 were examined under transmission electron microscope. Expressions of bax and bcl-2 were investigated by RT-PCR. Results: Compared with the normal diet group, the level of triglyceride was increased significantly in high fat diet group(P0.05). Cell mortality obviously increased after 6 h of isolation in high diet group (P0.05). Enzyme vacuoles were observed in cells of normal fat diet group treated with 10pmol/L CCK-8. Cell apoptosis, necrosis and decreased density of intracellular zymogen granules were observed in both groups with 10nmol/L CCK-8 and in high fat diet group with 10pmol/L CCK-8. The ratio of bax to bcl-2 mRNA was significantly higher in high fat diet group(P0.05). Conclusions: The present results indicate high fat diet can induce hypertriglyceridemia in rat and increased triglyceride can injure the pancreatic acinar cells. Pancreatic acinar cells apoptosis and elevated ratio of bax to bcl-2 may play an important role.
Somatostatin is a kind of cytokine having general biologic activity.Recent studies have shown that somatostatin and somatostatin anolog can inhibit the tumor cell proliferation and induce the tumor cell into apoptosis.Not only can it inhibit proliferation of neuroendocrine tumor,but it has inhibitory action on ordinary solid tumor.Somatostatin and somatostatin anolog in the therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma have been used in clinic.Now this article mainly reviews recent research progress of somatostatin and somatostatin anolog in the therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma,in order to provide new channel and way for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Fatty liver disease is one of the main causes of cirrhosis. We have known that fatty liver disease can progress to liver cirrhosis and then to hepatic carcinoma. Nowadays more and more research have confirmed that fatty liver disease can progress to primary liver cancer independent of cirrhosis. But the pathogenesis between fatty liver disease and primary liver cancer is unkown. This article is mainly about the possible pathogenesis how fatty liver disease progress to liver cancer.
Helicobacter pylori(Hp) found by Warren and Marshall in 1983 is a Gram-negative bacterium identified as the aetiological agent of peptic ulcer disease, gastric adenocarcinoma and B-cell mucosal-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. Oxygen radicals induced by Hp can lead to injury of gastric mucosa epithelia and formation of ulcer. In addition, oxygen radicals result in imbalance of proliferation and apoptosis of gastric mucosa epithelia, damage of biomacromolecule such as lipid, protein and DNA and therefore gastric cancer.
