
Enhancing the supply efficiency of basic public services is helpful to improving people ’s livelihoods. It is an effective way to improve the supply level of basic public services and life quality of residents. Taking 15 counties in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area as examples,the three-stage DEA method is used to calculate the supply efficiency of basic public services in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The results show that: the overall supply efficiency of basic public services affected by scale efficiency in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is relatively low,and the low supply efficiency of basic public services could restrain the level and quality of the supply of basic public services. At the same time,it is also influenced by economic development level,financial self-sufficiency,population density,urbanization level and other environmental variables that caused regional heterogeneity in the supply efficiency of basic public services in different counties.
Generally,it is considered that the conventional deflationism is opposite to the correspon-dence theory of truth,while such deflationary theory is flawed. This article focused on the diversified development of deflationism in the last twenty years. On the basis of elabotating the robust deflation-ism,anti - deflationism,weak deflationism,dialectic defaltionism,it pointed out that we must seek for a new one on the premise of consistency and make it to reflect the essence of truth more objectively.
This essay explored the reasonable path to the development of juvenile community correction system of China on the theoretically basis of parens patriae and by focusing on the difference between the confirmation of juveniles and that of adults on penalty to widen the scope of the subjects of the juvenile community correction and set up independent juvenile community correction institutions by complying with the relevant specialized legislation to construct a juvenile community system with government-led,community involvement,diversified supervision assisted by the judiciary,and step arrangement according to many existing issues in our juvenile community correction system,such as the absence of correcting the bad behaviors,the limits on correcting the serious misconducts,the defects in the subsequent correction of juveniles with the decision of not to prosecute,the issue that the juvenile community correction becomes a mere formality and so on.
Chinese sentencing problems have been experienced a developing process from substantive law priority to procedure law priority. America sentencing guidelines is estabished on the clear rela-tionship between conviction and sentencing. Without clarifying the relationship between conviction and sentencing and that the state supreme judicial organs promote the reform of independent sentencing procedure,it is inevitable that the effect of sentencing procedure reform is not unsatisfying. We can clarify the relationship between convictions and sentencing clearly from the view that penalty has two functions of punishment and education,among which the punishment function of penalty can be a-chieved through conviction to decide the amount of retribution punishment,and the education function of penalty can be achieved through the sentencing decision to decide the amount of declaration punish-ment. The amount of retribution punishment of every crime shall be made by the state supreme judi-cial organ according to the criminal policy of“temper justice with mercy”.
The process of coastal resources essence intergenerational configuration was described from microscopic intergenerational transfer view,and we realized that only achieve intergenerational transfer balance of coastal resources value,can intergenerational equity of coastal resources be truly achieved.On this basis,by logical deduction and verification,we draw that controlling to equal the unit coastal resources price growth rate( excluding inflation leads to price increases) and the skill levels progress speed of development and utilization of coastal resources in the port can achieve intergenerational equity of coastal resources.

By constructing a set of index system of influencing factors which includes human resources,infrastructure,information construction,environmental investment,traffic conditions and funding support of 6 first level indexes and 12 second level indexes,taking Taihu region as an example and using gray correlation analysis method,we made an empirical study. Through horizontal comparison and vertical comparison,we find that the prosperity development of the tourism economy pulling effect largely depends on the element of area GDP,area population quality,information technology and so on.
To improve the output voltage stability of the off-grid micro hydropower and utilization of micro water resources,this article brought the ac excitation generator excitation vector control technology to the off-grid micro hydropower and made an in-depth analysis and research. Firstly,this paper introduced the off-grid micro hydropower structure of ac excitation system. Secondly,we analyzed and established the mathematical model of ac excitation generator and dual PWM converter. Then on this basis,we discussed the excitation vector control strategy of the rotor side converter and the stator side converter under the off-grid running status,respectively for controlling the stator and the rotor side converter side converter. Finally,based on the simulation platform of Matlab / Simulink,we established the corresponding simulation model and carried out simulation research for the off-grid microhydropower ac excitation control system of balanced load change,verifying the feasibility and validity of the control strategy.
According to processing the finger vein image,firstly,this article extracted five characteristics,which including the gradient in the spatial domain,contrast,the two-dimensional entropy of image,position deviation and signal-to-noise ratio. Secondly,the five eigenvalues were weighted and fused to set up a quality evaluation model. Finally,the classification and identification-contrast experiments were done using the model. The results show that using the model to set up after characteristics weighting and fusing,not only the high and low quality finger vein images can be well classified,but also the recognition performance of recognition system can be improved to some extent.
The vehicle frame is car's key bearing part and prone to cause fatigue failure. First,we established the finite element model of commercial vehicle and modal analysis and got the modal neutral file frame. Flexible frame were assembled into the vehicle rigid-flexible coupling model. Then based on the harmonic superposition method,we reconstructed the standard random road in programming Matlab. We had vehicle dynamics simulation with random road excitation and verified the validity of the simulation model and vehicle ride comfort test data. The results of fatigue life of the frame and the damage location in MSC. fatigue were obtained by using modal stress recovery method for fatigue analysis. The results show that this method can predict the fatigue life of fast and effective components in design stage and can provide the basis for the vehicle durability design and test.

Method We defined the related epistemic modal operator in SPN. Result The idea of tri-partitioning of epistemic worlds was achieved. Mean-while,the validity of some formulas about doubting logic was changed for the paraconsistent epistemic logic reasons.

This project made a whole way real-time monitoring in the vibration of the high speed part,temperature of the lubricating oil and the pressure,by which can control the operating state of wind turbine gearbox to prevent unnecessary lost when malfunction appear with measures. This article narrated theoretical basis,definite execute solution,some problems to be solved and functions realization of this new project and also provided certain reference for wind turbine gearbox testing technology.
A mathematical model of Mcpherson suspension was established with considering the nonline stiffness in six DOF of the comfort rubber bushings. The static equilibrium equations of control arm and steering knuckle were derived by using the multi-rigidity-body kinetic theory and the third Law of Newton,and the method of calculating hard point forces and moments was proposed. Taking the Mcpherson suspension of a car as an example,the suspension's hard point forces and moments that under the typical condition were calculated by the method proposed,and by the big type mechanical dynamics software ADAMS,we established the suspension system model and extracted the hard point forces and moments,with which to demonstrate the accuracy of hard point forces and momentscalculated by this method.
The paper conducted a regression forecast of Bank of China stock index. By selecting the optimal radial basis function,and then,for the optimal kernel function,we selected the parameter optimization using grid homing,genetic algorithm and PSO algorithm to build the most effective SVM model,and finally we predicted the opening number of the Bank of China in the next 15 days. The simulation shows that using SVM model to prediction Bank of China shares in the next 15 days the trend is very feasible.
In 2010-2014,taking China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed on the 3184 panel data as the sample,the influence of executives’excessive incentives to overinvestment was analyzed based on the product market competition perspective.The results show that:the phenomenon of ex-cessive investmentis is still wide spreaded,and the product market competition and executive incen-tive could inhibit over-investment behavior,and the more intense market competition,the smaller the incentive for excessive investment executives degree of influence,indicating that the product market of competition and executive incentive effect on the over-investment have mutually irreplaceable role.
Considering transmission system dynamic load effect under unsteady condition,two kinds of extreme conditions were put forward when the heavy auto transmission housing has intensity checkout. At the same time,the fatigue performance optimization design was carried out for the box body.The box fatigue life was analyzed by using Miner linear cumulative damage theory under the result of strength and stiffness based on statics analysis. Then the area of stress concentration was optimized according to the analysis results. The result shows the maximum damage is decreased obviously and some reference is provided for the design of the transmission box.
