The vocabulary of English language in science and technology texts can be divided in-to three categories:common vocabulary,specialized vocabulary,and sub-technical vocabulary.The sub-technical vocabulary is universally basic and frequently used in different disciplines,which has some specific significant relationship with the corresponding discourse.And for a translator,the sub-technical vocabulary in the translation of science and technology documents is often too difficult to translate well.If parallel texts are used in translating the sub-technical vocabulary,it will provide a new perspective to solve the problem.Based on the specific exam-ples of translation practice,this paper analyzes the translation principles and methods of using the parallel texts in translating the sub-technical vocabulary,which will achieve the accurate,original and vivid translation,and as a result,can help the translators to have a better under-standing of the original text.
There are many synonyms in Japanese,and learners often encounter difficulties in distinguishing and analyzing these types of vocabulary.Using the online corpus search tool Sketch Engine to distinguish synonyms can effectively solve the problem.This article focuses on examining the collocation rules and semantic features of"nokoru"and"amaru"based on the target corpus,Japanese Web 2011 in the search tool Sketch Engine.Through analysis,it is concluded that the"nokoru"emphasized on"residual",refers to people or things that survive in the process of development or evolution.With time as the clue,the action subject can be ei-ther a person or an object.And the"amaru"emphasized on"remains",refers to the excess or unnecessary in quantity,with the required quantity as the benchmark or reference,and the ac-tion subject is generally an object.
In the context of the continued expansion of misdemeanors represented by dangerous driving offences,the system of collateral consequences of crimes is increasingly in conflict with the protection of rights,and has become an obstacle to the modernization transformation of criminal governance in China.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive regulatory review and optimization for the collateral consequences of crimes,to limit the setting origin and the scope of their application,to block the further expansion of the collateral consequences of crimes,and to introduce judicial remedies and mechanisms for the extinction of previous convictions in order to limit their adverse effects.Procedurally,expand the application reach of the discretionary non-prosecution system,and employ an exculpatory mechanism to limit the scope of punishment for the collateral consequences of crimes.Furthermore,artificial intelligence technology can be used to create a database of collateral consequences of crimes in order to provide clear recommendations for the appli-cation and remedy of collateral consequences of crime.

Taking the culture of Redology(academic field devoted the study of A Dream of the Red Mansions)as the starting point,the innovative integration of modern lamp design and tra-ditional cultural symbols is explored.Using SPSS20.0,the survey data of the consumption market of lamp products are studied,and the key factors influencing the lamp design are identi-fied.The cultural symbols contained in A Dream of the Red Mansions are deeply dug out and extracted,and then flexibly applied to modern lamp design.And finally,three sets of modern lamp design schemes using cultural elements from A Dream of the Red Mansions are created.A questionnaire survey is used to investigate and analyze the customer satisfaction of the three sets of design schemes,and the optimal design scheme is determined.Modern technologies such as 3D modeling,3D printing,and reverse design are used to create lamp products that meet the needs of modern life and the aesthetic characteristics.
The supply of high-quality public services is an important measure to ensure people's livelihood,and it is also an essential part of promoting rural revitalization and achieving com-mon prosperity.The application of nudge theory can provide some theoretical support for ana-lyzing the logic of high-quality public services to promote rural revitalization.From the per-spective of nudge theory,high-quality public services have four connotations:streamlined and optimized service procedures,balanced and inclusive service content,diversified participation of supply entities,and precise and efficient supply-demand matching.The logic of high-quality public services to promote rural revitalization contains the following four aspects:Streamlined and optimized service procedures can solve opportunity poverty.Balanced and inclusive service content can enhance rural competitiveness.Diversified participation of supply entities can im-prove the effectiveness of governance.Furthermore,precise and efficient supply-demand matc-hing can provide capacity support.In order to achieve rural revitalization,it is necessary to perform path optimization from the aspects of strengthening the leadership of Party building,improving incentives and constraints,accurately matching supply and demand,broadening sup-ply channels,targeting service priorities,bolstering digital empowerment,and so on.
Based on the panel data of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)region from 2001 to 2021,the current status of economic development in the region is analyzed,and the degree of imbalance in economic development in the region is quantitatively measured.The imbalance of regional economic development in the YRD is investigated using the regression analysis approach in relation to four factors:industrial structure,capital invest-ment,geographical conditions,and the degree of opening up to the outside world.The findings indicate that between 2001 and 2021,the three provinces and one city in the region have experi-enced significant economic growth.However,there are absolute and relative imbalances in eco-nomic development,both extreme deviation and standard deviation are progressively increas-ing.Before 2015,the Gini coefficient derived using GDP per capita and Theil index exhibited a constant downward trend,whereas after 2015,they fluctuated within a small range.The four factors of industrial structure,capital investment,geographical conditions,and the degree of opening up to the outside world all have a significant impact on the overall imbalance of eco-nomic development in the region,but the impact of these factors varies for three provinces and one city.Based on the research findings,three countermeasures are proposed:strengthening inter-regional cooperation to promote coordinated development;promoting industrial structure transformation and upgrading to achieve high-quality development;and strengthening the con-struction of new-type infrastructure and perfecting investment mechanisms.
The research and practice of accounting talents cultivation in the context of digitali-zation and intellectualization is of great significance for improving the overall quality of account-ing talents.On the basis of explaining the related concepts in the cultivation of application-ori-ented accounting talents,and summarizing the relevant research and practice at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of accounting talents under the background of digitalization and intellectualization,and proposes the ways to solve the problems:to resolve the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the cultivation of accounting talents,to construct an"Accounting+"talents competency framework,and to develop a cultivation system for application-oriented accounting talents in collaboration with a government,schools,industry and enterprises.
The Re form Plan of Party and State Institutions released in March 2023 has opened a new stage of financial regulatory system reform.In the current era of rapid development of fintech,further deepening of regulatory system reform must attach importance to the supervi-sion of fintech.This paper sorts out the application status of fintech,and explores the challen-ges that fintech poses to regulatory systems.Fintech has broken through the scope of conven-tional financial regulation,lowering the adaptability of the financial regulatory system,and conventional regulatory techniques and standards are vulnerable to failure in the face of fintech.While fintech provides the regulatory system with certain regulatory technical methods,it also brings the inherent technical risks and operational vulnerabilities of fintech into the regulatory system.In the process of deepening the reform of the regulatory system,it is necessary to pro-mote the integration of the financial regulatory system and fintech regulation,highlight the ap-plication of regulatory technology,strengthen connotation construction,and fully draw on in-ternational experience in fintech regulation.
According to the Ming Dynasty system,the catalog text of different geographical cat-egories of Song Hui Yao Ji Gao under the catalog of ancient city events was copied.In these contents,ancient city history is either placed below the prefecture or arranged according to time,so need to collate them separately.For ancient city history placed under the prefecture,we should reorganize according to the style of towns in the geography.For the contents of the chronicle,we should arrange them uniformly according to time.Due to the deviation in the ex-pression and understanding of Yong Le Da Dian,and some editors lacked responsibility,the contents were tampered or disordered during the copying process,so we should be cautious when collating.
The collaborative development of manufacturing industry is at the core of economy high-quality development and the coordinated development of regional economy.Under the in-fluence of resource endowment,technological innovation and market evolution,the manufac-turing industry has formed a collaborative development pattern through intra-regional and in-ter-regional division of labour and agglomeration.Using the order degree of subsystem,the co-ordination degree of composite system,and random effect Tobit model to calculate the current status of the collaboration of manufacturing industry in Ning-Zhen-Yang region,as well as the effect of influencing factors,the findings indicate that:The degree of intra-regional collabora-tion of manufacturing industry in the Ning-Zhen-Yang region is on the rise;There are differ-ences in the inter-regional collaboration of manufacturing industry,and the collaboration de-gree between the cities of Zhenjiang-Yangzhou is the highest,while the overall collaboration degree among the cities of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou is the weakest;The highest level of collaboration is found in technological innovation,followed by the market development scale,and the lowest level is found in resource endowment;Policy support from the govern-ment has a positive promoting effect,but fiscal expenditure has a relatively small effect on the overall role;The positive impact of industrial division of labor varies greatly,and industrial ag-glomeration is negatively related to collaborative development of manufacturing industry.For this,there is a need for Ning-Zhen-Yang region to have a rational division of labour,build a docking platform,jointly build key industrial chains,establish regional coordination mecha-nisms,and strengthen the flow of resources to promote the high-quality development of manu-facturing industry in Ning-Zhen-Yang region.
针对拒绝服务(DoS)攻击下的二维F-M系统,基于事件触发机制设计了一种满足H∞性能的弹性滤波器.首先,对二维DoS攻击和事件触发机制进行建模,设计了一个弹性滤波器,构造了增广滤波误差系统并给出了预设的性能指标.其次,基于随机分析方法和Lyapunov理论,给出了确保二维增广滤波误差系统鲁棒稳定的充分判据,推广得出增广滤波误差系统具有鲁棒H∞性能.再次,通过求解相关矩阵不等式,给出了弹性滤波器参数的显式表达式.最后,通过仿真实例验证了理论结果的可行性.
开关磁阻电机(SRM)的电磁具有明显的非线性特征,传统异步电机的计算公式无法适用于开关磁阻电机的磁通,针对此问题提出了一种磁通快速计算方法.该方法以磁路模型为基础,同时考虑了磁路饱和及相间互感对磁通分布的影响.首先,通过求解磁路方程组,求得铁心各分段中的磁通、磁阻,进而求得磁链特性曲线.然后,分析了齿轭比参数对饱和特性及互感特性的影响,推导出轭部铁心先于齿部饱和的齿轭比临界值表达式.最后,以一台12/10结构的六相SRM为样机,将计算结果与有限元仿真结果进行对比,验证了方法的准确性.该方法降低了初期设计和分析过程中对有限元法和实验测量的依赖,有效提高了计算速度,减少了仿真成本.
为了进一步提高移动D2D视频缓存网络用户设备的缓存效用,建立了用户设备缓存内容与缓存收益的数学模型,分析了随机缓存策略和基于网络编码的随机缓存策略的理论收益,提出了一种基于网络编码的截断式内容缓存方法NC-CFRC.多种测试条件下的数值实验结果表明,NC-CFRC方法较已有的随机缓存和截断式缓存等经典方法,内容命中率和适应性均有所提升.
对发展型微分方程线性二次最优控制问题和带有逐点控制约束的线性二次最优控制问题的数值求解进行了研究和分析,提出了一种新的时间并行算法,并通过数值算例验证了该算法的有效性和收敛性.新的时间并行算法将求解最优控制问题的计算任务拆分成多个独立的子问题进行求解,显著提高了计算效率.这为解决实际工程应用中的最优控制问题提供了一种高效的计算手段,对控制系统的优化和性能提升具有重要意义.
对环形电网的故障进行快速准确定位是电网稳定运行的重要保障.对环形电网故障行波特征进行分析,通过小波变换结合新型行波双端测距法,对故障行波进行定位分析.采用仿真分析软件搭建环形电网模型,利用故障时三相电流行波的模值特征判别故障类型,确定故障最终位置.仿真结果显示,新型行波双端测距法相较于传统故障行波分析法降低了对波速的依赖,且不受线路参数变化的影响,减小了故障测距的误差,提高了环形电网中故障点定位的准确性.
基于离散元理论,通过二维颗粒流数值分析模型研究了静压桩在层状砂土中的沉桩特性,对不同密实度层状砂土中沉桩引起的桩身和桩端土体位移进行了比较,分析了桩端周围土体孔隙率和端阻力的变化趋势.研究结果表明:沉桩引起的土体位移模式随土层分层的不同而不同,在上层中密、下层密实的砂土中,分层处的土颗粒偏向上运动,端阻力随桩身压入先增加后稳定再增加,端阻力的超前深度小、滞后深度大;在上层密实、下层中密的砂土中,分层位置的土颗粒向下运动,端阻力随桩身压入先增加后减小再稳定,端阻力的超前深度大、滞后深度小.
为了研究单/双面焊接构造对钢桥面板顶板-纵肋焊接节点残余应力的影响,基于热-结构顺序耦合有限元分析方法,对顶板-纵肋单/双面焊接节点进行数值模拟,得到了垂直/平行于焊缝方向的横/纵向残余应力分布,并用试验数据进行验证.研究结果表明,双面焊构造会不同程度地增加垂直/平行于焊缝方向的横/纵向残余应力大小和焊接热影响区,改变横/纵向残余应力最大值出现的位置,从而影响疲劳危险点验算.成果为顶板-纵肋双面焊节点抗疲劳性能研究提供参考.
基于ABAQUS有限元软件平台建立了海上风机群桩筒基础的有限元模型,对不同桩数、桩径及不同桩分布方式下群桩筒基础的力学性能进行研究,结果表明:不同基础形式的应力均集中于上部结构与筒体结构的连接处,桩身的应力集中于桩顶位置;筒体结构被动区的应力显著高于主动区的应力;群桩筒基础与土体的接触面积比筒型基础更大,提供了更好的转角控制效果.群桩筒基础提升了基础与地基土之间的协同度,有效地提高了群桩筒基础的承载能力.
