Whether the classic dual share structure represented by America,or the Chinese Partner system represented by Alibaba,is essentially the setting of company species shares. Analyzing the dual share structure at home and abroad,the setting species shares can be divided into three modes:Firstly,the voting right of different weights mode;secondly,the voting right of different matters mode;thirdly,the non-voting right mode.The standard of this categories is the main elements of equity--the voting and distribution rights.According to different strength between these two elements, the law should be set up corresponding restrictions or protective measures. The rural development mutual fund is the important measure of China 's rural poverty alleviation. It is a form of poverty alleviation based on farmer's self management, self organization and self development. Based on the investigation of several representative villages, this article will analyze the operation and function of the rural development mutual fund. In the process of the development, farmers have high cognition, participation motivation and satisfied with the management. However, their ability and level of actual participation is so low that the utility of the mutual fund is limited. Mutual fund, however, is currently the effective ways to satisfy the fund demands of the rural poverty people. It also plays an important role in enhancing the villagers ' contact and cooperation, improving villagers' relationship, and improving poor villagers' ability of self development and so on.
The classification of legal is taken as a non-mainstream issue in Civil Code and has not received enough attention. Many causes contribute to the ignorance of the classification of legal person. However, there are some drawbacks in the statutory model and theoretical model, and finding a new way out is still possible. Coase's transaction cost theory provides the inspiration for the classification of legal person. Legal is a core to allocate different resources, and has the responsibility to reduce transaction costs,welfare distribution costs and power operation costs. These three different costs determine the autonomy intensity of legal and make the autonomy a core to construct a brand new classification model with three hierarchies- full autonomy legal persontransitional autonomy legal person non-autonomy legal person, which is a dynamic flow structure rather than a static structure.
Meta-fiction, which is the mainstream and new-fashioned kind of the Western postmodernist fiction in the20 th century, emphasizes the fictionality of fiction by using narrative strategies like exposure of narrative trace, text collage and parody, thus leading people to rethink the dialectical relationship between fiction and reality, art and life.From the perspectives of meta-fiction theory and its characteristics, it can be found that the prosaic fiction named An Empty Room by Muxin contains some factors of the meta-fiction narrative strategies, such as the exposure of author's trace, the indeterminacy of characters, the fuzzification of surroundings as well as the fragmented creation.Therefore, in this aspect, An Empty Room, as the unreal image of the fictional reality,belongs to meta-fiction.
China's rural credit union funds is a new rural financial institutions, which are self-organized and welcomed by the majority of farmers, also recognized by the government. The author attempts to tease the operational mechanism of rural credit union funds, based on the social capital theory. Research shows that, the credit union at the primary stage absorbed the traditional social capital, which has played a positive role in reducing the transaction costs, regulating the behavior of members and controlling the credit risk, etc. However, the social networks is still a human society in the countryside, and its special closeness and trust mechanism will exert negative effects on the further development of the rural credit union funds.
In recent years, the scale of foreign exchange reserve in our country has increased greatly, and it has caused a huge challenge on the independence of monetary policy. This paper uses the co-integration test, Granger causality test and other time sequence data-test methods, to analyze the relation among the foreign exchange reserve,RMB exchange rate against the Dollar and the broad money supply(M2). The result shows that they have a long-term co-integration relationship. There exists a one-sided casual relationship between foreign exchange reserves and the exchange rate, between the exchange rate and the currency supply. Therefore, our country should strengthen the management of foreign exchange reserve, relax properly on the exchange rate policy, restrain the excessive growth of foreign exchange reserve, and enhance the independence of monetary policy.
This paper introduced the background information and reviewed related literature at home and abroad. The author investigated Va R—a theory of risk management in the stock market, and then analyzed the Index of Shanghai Stock Exchange. This empirical study was based on data analysis. It applied the data collected through GED and EGARCH model to calculate the yield rate and the Va R values of Shanghai Stock Exchange. The test and analysis on the results proved the feasibility of Va R to predict the risk of the stock market.

This paper studies the cost efficiency of China's four major state-owned commercial banks and the nine large joint-stock banks in 2008-2013,from the approach of the stochastic frontier theory.The results show that the efficiency of Chinese commercial banks reached a peak in 2009.The efficiency of commercial banks is consistent with the monetary policy in China.Tobit model is used to analyze the macro and micro factors that influence the efficiency of banks' cost.The paper concludes that China's commercial banks should improve the efficiency by controlling the cost and risk,improving non-interest income,taking advantage of foreign banks ' management experience and their technology spillover effect.
Since reform and opening up, China has maintained good momentum of economic growth. Foreign direct investment, import and export are playing irreplaceable role during this time. This paper based on the annual data of 1983-2012by building the VAR model, did the empirical test of the influence of foreign direct investment, import and export on Chinese economic growth, and found that foreign direct investment had obvious driving effect on economic growth, import and export also had certain effect on economic growth but it was not obvious. On the current situation, this paper put forward relevant policy suggestions about attracting high quality foreign investment in China and optimizing the import and export environment.

The impetus of the township and village enterprises in Professor Fei Xiaotong's thought about the construction of small towns has played an important role after the reform and opening-up, but transforming this impetus by times is not able to adapt to the current situation and other regions. And the urbanization of the Ganzi Autonomous Prefecture of the Tibetan regions of Sichuan can obtain the experience and inspiration of the developing urbanization in the comparative analysis of the structure ac-cording to the characteristics and conditions of its urbanization.

By employing such an approach, a systematical comparative analysis of the two abandoned women from a new standpoint can be realized with a view to uncovering their tragic lives.
The centralization of power of the central government(higher-level government) and the decentralization of power of local government(lower-level government) have always been a dilemma in multi-level system of governance.Centralization can contribute to the resources-concentrating and the policy-making, in order to facilitate the reforms in the financial and other resources and provide effective guarantee. Decentralization is conducive for the lower local government to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity to fully excavate the local resources to achieve the maximum capacity of local governance. Whereas a high degree of centralization will suppress the local innovation, weaken the local administrative responsibilities, resulting in inefficiency of the local administration. The high degree of decentralization will make the local government lose effective support from the central authorities in the reform and may result in legal deficiency and financial shortage. Through observing the efforts in dealing with urban wastewater recycling project in both the United States(California) and Australia, this paper attempts to analyze the influence of the power structure of the multi-level governance system on the reform efficiency. The research shows that, in both of the governance systems, when faced with the same obstacle in the process of reform and reform motivation, the reform ability and the policy success are different as well.
Folk belief has been existing in the history of China for a long time, and by the people Spontaneously formed a set of gods worship ideas, behavior and corresponding service system, in the vast rural deep mass base. In the research, the folk belief and its role in the rural governance is analyzed from the theoretical perspective of so-cial capital. The starting point in this paper is to try our best to have a better understanding of the past research,thus deepening the rural governance on the grasp of the problem, in order to optimize the mode of rural governance for a better development at the same time, finally the direction is put forward.
Duty of disclosure is an importantly old and new part in insurance law, whose legal basis is the good faith and risk assessment. The relevant provisions of the duty of disclosure of Insurance Law in those countries, such as:Germany, Japan, Taiwan region and Britain can be treated as a model to refer to. On the other hand, article 5 and 6in the Second Judicial Interpretation of Insurance Law should be perfected. It should be ascertained that the performance period for the fulfillment of duties is before the contract becomes effective and it must also be made clear that the subjects of duties should be the insurance applicants. In addition, it should be noted that enumerationism will be applied to the content of disclosure obligation and written text will be adopted as the interviewing way so as to make a distinction with the comprehensive clauses.
Through the survey on the women workers occupied in the construction industry in the Yagnhe town of Xinyang city, the survey found the women workers engaged in the construction industry seemed, to be going against the conventions, behind the essence of which lies the result of rational choice. And, in order to analyse the reasons of influencing the career choices of the women workers, I make use of the theory of rational choice to analyse the macroscopical and microscopical reasons. On the microscopical aspects, the human capital and power capital of the women workers are relatively weak; while on the macroscopical aspect, the gender norms of the society require women to take care of the family. Two aspects of demands make the women workers give consideration to balance both the family and work. And production regime in the construction industry satisfies the requirements of women workers and this finally leads to the rational choice of women workers occupied in the construction industry.
Value-added tax is a core tax of the tax system in China. It is of great influence to conduct non-compliance rates assessment under the background of the reform of replacing the business tax with value-added tax.The assessment is made from the following three aspects: first, calculating VAT non-compliance rates of domestic industries; then, evaluating the non-compliance rates of the VAT on imports; last, assessing VAT non-compliance rates influenced by the underground economy. Based on the in-depth analysis of the evaluation results, some suggestions are put forward aiming at reducing the non-compliance rates by perfecting the VAT tax system and strengthening tax collection and administration.
