
In order to make technical regulations for seed production and to provide evidence for improving yield and quality of licorice seeds,this study did research on seed- setting characteristics and seed yield factors of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Seed- setting characteristics and seed yield per plant were observed in Glycyrrhiza uralensis. productive phase,seed yield factors were measured and analysed. The Results showed that reproductive branches per plant,pod number per branch,seed number per pod,weight per seed,plant height,inflorescence position and pod width were significantly correlated with seed yield. Reproductive branches per plant,pod number per branch,weight per seed,inflorescence position and pod width were highly significantly correlated with seed yield. Maturity of pod was highly significantly correlated with 1000- seed weight. The multiple linear regression model of seed yield per plant was Y = 0. 5177X1 + 0. 5851X2 + 0. 2888X3 + 0. 3872X4. Reproductive branches per plant,pod number per branch,seed number per pod,weight per seed were the basic component factors for the seed production of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,pod number per branch and reproductive branches per plant were the main component factors,they had the biggest direct effect on seed yield. Plant height,inflorescence position,pod width,and pod maturity were the important factors of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed yield,the plant which was taller,had inflorescence in axillary or had wider pod,will be more productive. Pod maturity had significant effect on the weight of 1000- seed. 1000- seed weight would reach its maximum when the pods turned brown and were fully ripe.
Glutaredoxins( GRXs) are oxidoreductases that mediate reduction of disulphide bonds of cysteine residues of target proteins. It has been predicted and divided into three major classes in plants,namely CPYC- type,CGFS- type,and CC- type. Among these,the CC- type has so far been identified only in land plants. CC- type GRXs were shown to exert crucial functions both in floral development and in abiotic and biotic stresses responses. In this study,we constructed two RNA interference( RNAi) vectors for CC- type GRX- Os GRX6 in rice,targeted its 5'and 3'end sequences respectively. And it will be helpful for further elucidation of the biological functions for Os GRX6 in rice.
Grassland is the largest land ecosystem which plays a pivotal role in agriculture,animal husbandry and human surviving and development in the procedure of energy flowing and material cycle. At present,the situation of ecological environment is quite serious. So it is very important to monitor the grassland dynamically and provide accurate,complete and rich scientific basis for the relevant sections. The study focuses on the classification methods of the low or medium resolution,multi- scale remote sensing images for typical tempered grassland. Experimental results on the remote sensing images of Xilinhot and Hulunbuir demonstrate maximum likelihood classification method fits the classification of typical tempered grassland.
Sunflower White Mold caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is a kind of disease distributed world widely. Sclerotia formed by hyphae plays a vital role in the disease cycle. Using sunflower sclerotia as material,we studied the effects of different culture conditions on the formation of sclerotia. Our data suggested that medium with different carbon sources has different effects on the formation of sclerotia. Medium contained lactose,soluble starch,maltose,rhamnose or mannose facilitate the formation of sclrotia; the medium with mannose produced more abundant sclerotia compared with medium contained the other carbon sources. The optimum p H value for the formation of sclerotia is between 3 ~ 5; and the formation of sclerotia could low down the p H value in the cultured medium. 20℃ ~ 25℃ is the suitable cultured temperature for the formation of sclerotia. Different cultured mediums have different effects on the formation of sclerotia. Oat medium facilitated the formation of big volume sclerotia,however,the czapeks medium could produced small and abundant sclerotia.
On base of information( 1954 ~ 2014) gained from Dengkou Weather Station in Bayannur,features of the climate and precipitation in that region were analyzed by using moving average method,linear tendency analysis method,anomaly and accumulative anomaly methods. The result indicated that:( 1) in the past 60 years,the annual temperature,the annual average daily minimum temperature,average daily maximum temperature are all in the warming trend. In terms of the season,winter rose fastest,summer followed,while spring and autumn were close to the average level;( 2) Inter- annual precipitation varied significantly,but in a long time scale the variation tendency is not significant. Precipitation in spring and autumn goes up slightly,while in summer and winter goes down slightly;( 3) The temperature shows obvious periodic change with a period of 5 years,while the precipitation shows periodic change of 6- year.
Landform,terrain and soil fertility are important influential factors of vegetation restoration at the excavated coal pits.Huojitu and Bulianta excavated coal pits of Shengdong Diggings lie in hilly and gully regions on the loess plateau. Intopographic relief had great variation and surface soil type was sandy soil. The mechanical composition of soil in the depth of 0—90cm was coarse,the texture of soil was low,p H value of soil shows alkalescence,the contents of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were quite absence in the soil. The difference of fertilizer level was relatively large in different soil layers of different and same site types.The fertilizer level in the soil was low,and the general question of soil layer in the pit was barren,which was also main reason leading to low productivity of the vegetation,so soil reclamation and vegetation construction must do soil cultivation in excavated pits. Site types were divided using clustering analysis based on terrain,gradient and sandu0027s thickness at the pit and reclamation areas were classified mainly by different vegetation configuration mode,then the soil fertilizer characteristic was analyzed and evaluated. The technical measures that improving regional reclamation and soil cultivation were put forward according to different vegetation configuration mode and soil background fertilizer character.
Ours is a country with severe water shortages,the total agricultural water use more than half of the total water use,but mainly in the main irrigation canal water on the ground. So the canal water utilization coefficient is estimated to become a particularly important issue. However,the current canal water utilization factor calculation method is more simple,and the results generally small,and the use of both method to estimate canal water are rarely applied research literature. In this paper,the use of both canal water method to estimate a brief summary,and in 2012 for example the use of irrigated areas in Inner Mongolia to strike the Act canal water utilization coefficient,and even multiplication with currently used for comparison to determine two difference method and application. The results show that the method using both canal water utilization coefficient calculation easier,and more close to the real canal water usage.
Urbanization is the inevitable requirement of economic and social development. This paper uses the time series data of Inner Mongolia economic growth and urbanization development in 1978 ~ 2012 years,using cointegration theory and ECM model,to investigate the long and short- term relationship between the rate of urbanization and economic growth. The results show that: in the long run,there is a balanced relationship between the development of the urbanization and economic growth in Inner Mongolia; the short term,the rate of urbanization and economic growth showed positive correlation,the urbanization rate increases 1%,can promote the per capita GDP increased by 0. 19% in Inner Mongolia.
Sustainability of oasis agricultural eco- economic system in Yutian County from 2003 to 2012 was evaluated based on emergy theory. The results show that:( 1) In the study period,total emergy investment on agriculture of Yutian County rising constantly( 5. 55 ~ 7. 53 × 1020 sej),and increment of industrial assistant and labor input energy were greater than environmental resources emergy. Surface soil loss emergy continue increasing in the same periods. Agricultural production in Yutian county depended on external resources,and were aggravated from 2003 to 2012. Planting was the primary part of agricultural emergy output in Yutian County( 85. 54 ~ 93. 90 %),which generally declined from 2003 to 2012.( 2) Agriculture emergy input in Yutian County was high and showed increasing trend,while emergy self- support ratio and net emergy yield ratio was low and declined. Besides,emergy efficiency index reflected low efficiency,weak competitiveness and poor independent development ability of Yutian County.( 3) Both of emergy per capita and energy density were low in generally,with a few growth indicated that agricultural economy in Yutian County is developing in recent decade,although its economic level still in the less developed stage.( 4) Stability and soil erosion intensity of agriculture system in Yutian County increased slightly in 2003 ~ 2012. Environmental loading ratio increased rapidly after year of2008. As a result,agriculture system sustainability in Yutian County declined in recent years.
objective the paper is optimizing the extraction conditions of reflux of total flavonoids in Aquilegia viridiflora Pall.,and determinating its contents according to the conditions. Methods with the method of orthogonal test,using ethanol as extraction solvent,this paper optimizes the extraction condition from three factors,the extraction time,ratio of material- liquid,and the concentration of ethanol. UV- Vis Spectrophotometry is used to determinate the content of total flaconoids in Aquilegia viridiflora Pall.. Results By using the orthogonal experiment method,the optimum reflux extraction conditions of flavonoids were found as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 70%,the ratio of material- liquid( g: m L) was 1: 20,the time of extraction was 2h. By using rutin as comparison,the regression equation was obtained as follows,A = 10. 665 0C + 0. 007 85,r = 0. 999 5,the linear range was 14. 08 ~ 84. 48 ug / m L and the average recovery was 98. 82%( n = 4). The content of total flavonoids in Aquilegia viridiflora Pall. was 0. 919 mg / g,1. 339 mg / g and 1. 316 mg / g,which were collected from the Mount Daqing in Xiaojinggou and Saihan District of Hohhot in the beginning and end of June. Conclusion The method usd in this paper is scientific,operational and economy,which is suitable for the effective extraction and content determination of total flavonoids in Aquilegia viridiflora Pall.
An investigation on the space heating conditions in the agricultural and pastoral areas in Baotou city in Inner Mongolia has been carried out to study the heating energy resources and devices. It is found that using fossil fuels directly is the main heating form,and the heating devices usually used are stove and man- made central heating equipment. According to the problems existed,the solar energy heat pump space heating system which could be used in the agricultural and pastoral areas is proposed. The control strategy and operation modes of the system are studied and analyzed. Finally,the economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits of the solar energy heat pump space heating system are discussed to further validate its feasibility.
The biological contact oxidation process has good treatment efficiency for waste water. In this paper,the SDBS comprehensive wastewater was treated using biological contact oxidation process. The removal efficiencies of the pollutants in startup phase and stable running stage were studied. Moreover,the capacity of biological contact oxidation process to withstand shock load was also investigated. The COD and NH3- N removal achieved a plateau when system operated for 15 d and 18 d,with removal rate of 85%and 74%,respectively. Under the condition of stable operation and shock load,COD,NH3- N and SS concentrations of treated water could meet the first grade B standards of Urban Sewage Disposal Plant Contamination Integrated Discharge Standard( GB18918-2002). The results could be used to inform operations of SDS comprehensive wastewater treatment.
The research mainly focused on the topology structure of peach tree. Natural growth and human factor have been involved together. Method of the dual scale automation has been used to modeling of topology structure for pruned trees. Change in branching style and branching angle has been shown in the model. At the same time,Growth function has been provided according to the change of internodes. And made comparisons between Dual scale automation and L- system. Structure of the tree is very clear,and the real peach blossom has been adopted at the 2D simulation. Characteristics of flower and leaves have been reflected. The model has fast simulation speed and less disk space. It is easy for measuring. The 2D result showed that the model accorded with growth rhythm and provided move intuitive support to the intensive study of peach tree.
This paper studies the method of determinating content of Non- starch polysaccharides( NSP) in different varieties of naked oats in Derivatization- Gas Chromatographic. Silylation derivatization method was confirmed and chlorotrimethylsilane?would be used as derivative reagent through the exploration on the derivative methods,reagents and conditions. Optimal derivatives as well as ideal chromatographic Mararate peak of both monosaccharide standard substance and NSP extract of naked oats would be obtained when deriving in 80 ℃ for 80 min. The linear correlation coefficient of the method is between 0. 99584- 0. 99909. The method would be applied to the Mararation and determination of relevant monosaccharide composed of soluble and non soluble non- starch polysaccharide in naked oats and provides theoretical basis for the further analysis of other monosaccharide composition of NSP.
When ant colony algorithm solved the TSP,the algorithm converged slowly and its local optimization came up easily. A novel algorithm of MMAS based on 2- Opt was proposed. MMAS could promote convergence speed effectively. When the local optimization came up,the local optimal path would be adjusted by using 2- Opt search algorithm. It could increase the probability of finding the better path and 2- Opt algorithm was simple and easy to be implemented. Experiments had shown that the improved ant colony algorithm had a better performance for promoting convergence speed and finding better path.
Qingyu 1 and Qingyu2 Jerusalem artichoke seedlings as experimental material,the PEG-6000 artificial simulated drought stress environment,set up four stress intensity treatment (0%,10%,20%,30%),four stress duration (12h,24h,36h,48h),study on the Jerusalem artichoke seedling leaves under drought stress,in roots and stems fructan content;the results showed that Qingyul,Qingyu2 two Jerusalem artichoke varieties under drought stress at different concentrations of PEG,fructan response to drought stress first appeared in the stems,when 12h had significant changes;Leafs and roots were significant induction of stress during 24h,the leav-es of two varieties of Jerusalem artichoke leaves are in stress concentration was 30%,there was a significant change stress 24h; Under the stress of different concentration and different parts of Jerusalem artichoke (leaf,stem,root),the overall decline,albeit slowly,fructan content Qingyul,Qingyu2 during 24h under 20% PEG stress reached to the drought response threshold.
Based on field investigation of Larix gmelinii in JinHe,this paper analyzed the tree species composition structure of Larix gmelinii community.By means of variance/mean,species richness index,diversity index and evenness index,this paper studied the distribution patterns and species diversity.The results showed that;(1)Three samples were all mainly Larix gmelinii with a small amount of Betula platyphylla,Sample Ⅱ was always associated with a few Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica.The density is;sample Ⅲ(1 350 No./hm~2) sample Ⅱ(1 330 No./hm~2) sample Ⅰ(840 No./hm~2).(2)The distribution patterns of sample Ⅰ was random distribution.Sample Ⅱand sample Ⅲ were aggregated distribution.(3) Species richness and species diversity index are;sample Ⅱ sample Ⅰ sample Ⅲ.Evenness pielou index was:sample Ⅱ sample Ⅲ sample Ⅰ.Alatalo index was:sample Ⅱ sample Ⅰ sample Ⅲ.On the community vertical structure,the richness index(S) of three sample and the diversity index(D and H ') of sample Ⅰand Ⅱ were;herb layer shrub layer arbor layer,while the species evenness index regulation has a larger difference among three samples.
Multi-view 3D reconstruction technology has very important practical significance for improving the 3D modeling.This paper proposes a novel multi-view 3D reconstruction method based on spherical coordinate.This method begins with feature detection and matching.With the constant internal parameters obtained by camera calibration,it uses a depth-unifying factorization method for solving three-dimensional space point to achieve the euclidean reconstruction.Then,this paper puts forward some solutions about the problems include feature points reconstruction error,degradation,shielding and so on.Experimental results show that our method can obtain the ideal reconstruction results in the spherical coordinate.

Usually reduced to two degrees of freedom vehicle model to study,as inputs to an output through the response of yaw rate to determine the quality of vehicle handling and. Two degrees of freedom model of vehicle there are many ways,simulink is one of them. By using the simulink vehicle simulation model of two degrees,it can provide a fast,convenient and accurate method. Through the analysis of the simulation model,it can get the vehicle steering stability rule and influence factors,and it can evaluate vehicle steering stability.
In this paper,a detection method of contours of wheels for high real- time is proposed. Since the classic codebook algorithm is difficult to deal with the situation such as global sudden light changes,a improved codebook algorithm is presented. First of all,the moving vehicle is extracted in the video recording the side of vehicle by the improved codebook algorithm. And then the contours of the object are extracted in the binarization image processed by the optimal threshold algorithm. Then all the circularity of the contours are calculated by the circularity formula to locate the circular contours. At last the circular contours located by calculating the circularity are verified by Hough transform circle detection method. Experimental results show that this method can locate the wheels of vehicle with high real- time and strong robustness.
