Cross-modal views in musical compositions have already received a considerable amount of contemporary scholarly attention. Within Science, a cross-modal perception is associated with the term, “Synesthesia”, which indicates a union of human beings’ five major senses including sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. The most common type of synesthetia in musical realms is the sound-color correspondence, in which an individual tone or a specific harmony relates to a certain color, shape, or colorful pattern. Aside from the scientific methods, a great number of studies were contributed by philosophers who interpret the cross-modal interaction as metaphorical expression. This study will investigate the sound-image correlations in human senses from a philosophical point of view with metaphorical aspects utilized in the musical compositions.

Natural environment, construction, transportation and other factors have a great impact on the construction process of modern residential buildings. The interaction of these factors is the reason for the uncertainty of concrete dam pouring environment, but the traditional method is not suitable for this uncertainty. Therefore, discrete event simulation (DES) is widely used in construction simulation, rather than actual construction. This is because most simulation models are created by professionals and require manpower and material resources. Even if there is a small change in the simulation process, it should be introduced into the simulation model to adjust in order to adapt to the new environment. With the help of DES technology based on BIM to construct the framework of concrete dam, this paper fully studies the relationship between concrete structure and BIM and the two-dimensional code technology, solves the problem of information expression, and plays an important role in the application of simulation technology in the research of construction progress and reasonable design of construction scheme.

With the continuous growth of China's economy and the influence of external factors in accelerating the marketization process of RMB under the overall environment, the exchange rate of RMB against US dollar has been rising year by year. Whether long-term or short-term exchange rate fluctuations will have a huge impact on the trade of many industries, and the import and export trade of agricultural products is also under the positive or negative impact of the RMB exchange rate changes. As the import and export trade of agricultural products is related to people's livelihood, social stability and a series of major issues, it is more necessary to conduct in-depth research on this issue with the support of theory. Taking the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate as independent variable and the import and export volume of agricultural products in Jiangxi province as dependent variable, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the two. Therefore, based on the combination of previous scholars research literature, innovation in Jiangxi province as the research object, based on the actual agricultural products import and export data in Jiangxi province, using VAR model on the RMB exchange rate changes and import and export of agricultural products between the dynamic effects of the empirical analysis, and according to the empirical results obtained import and export of agricultural products depends on their own ascension in Jiangxi province.

The debate about domestication and foreignization has been an ongoing focus in the field of translation, which, however, never prevents them from being employed as two main strategies in practice. The translation of Hong Long Meng is a good case in point. This great work has been translated into many different languages ever since its birth, of which, A Dream of Red Mansions by Mr. and Mrs. Yang and The Story of the Stone by David Hawke are the most widely accepted. Data for analysis are selected by comparing and categorizing the selected samples from the original work and the two English versions. The study finds that the Yang’s are foreignization-oriented to show Chinese culture to the readers, whereas Hawkes’ is more of domestication to retell the story to readers. Besides, reasons such as, different cultural backgrounds, different translation purposes and different readers they address to, also account for translators’ different choices of strategies. This thesis concludes that translators should combine the two strategies to make their translation faithful to the original texts and produce a better interpretation to the target-readers.

Motor learning, consisting of skill learning and motor adaptation, is one of the most important topics in sports training. However, motor adaptation, investigating how human make quick adjustments in the face of altered conditions, has been largely ignored in coaching. Here in this paper, we reviewed the savings effect in visuomotor rotation, which is the most typical paradigm in motor adaptation, and discussed the implications on sports training. Savings, referring to faster relearning effect, is regarded as an indicator of motor memory and learning transfer. In laboratory studies, researchers find that in many cases, motor adaptation could not be transferred directly across limbs or directions. However, researchers found that by performing an irrelevant task at the to-be transferred condition could eliminate the learning specificity and even achieve complete transfer. The irrelevant task may enhance the control of the new effector or help people get familiar with the new environment. Then, we explored which is necessary for the savings, forming an explicit strategy or experiencing similar errors. By using novel techniques to dissociate the two factors, we conclude that experiencing salient errors is critical for savings to occur. Inspired by these findings, we suggest that in order to increase the extent of learning transfer, some warming-up exercises could be introduced in the to-be transferred condition. Moreover, magnifying the errors between athletes’ and standard movement by taking videos or using VR and AR techniques may be helpful to motor learning.
