In this paper, using vanadium pentoxide and sulfuric acid as raw materials, through chemical synthetic prepared electrolyte for vanadium battery.When the sulfuric acid which is supporting electrolyte is 2 mol/L, the electrochemical properties of different vanadium ion concentration of positive electrolyte were studied.When the vanadium ion is 1.5 mol/L and 3 mol/L, add ethanol and KHSO4 to positive electrolyte and then tested them by cyclic voltammetry.The experimental results show that when the support of sulfuric acid electrolyte concentration is 2 mol/L and without any additives, electroactive material V4+ is 2.5 mol/L, the electrochemical activity is best, the current density is maximum; when V4+ concentration is less than 2.5 mol/L, adding ethanol and KHSO4 is no effect to the electrochemical additives;when V4+ concentration is greater than 2.5 mol/L, alcohols which have complexing effect will decrease electrolyte electrochemical activity, and nonalcohols have little effect.

Anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) as hard template and block polymers P123 acted as soft template, the one-dimensional rare earth mesoporous nanomaterials were synthesized. The mixture of praseodymium nitrate, P123, ethanol and water used as precursors, the nano channel of AAO template were filled with precursors and annealed, one dimensional Pr6O11 mesoporous nanomaterials were obtained in the hole of the AAO template. The synthesized products were characterized by TEM, XRD, XPS, and other analytical testing methods. The one-dimensional Pr6O11 have mesoporous strcture, uniformly distributed and larger surface area. The one-dimensional Pr6O11 have a good adsorption capacity for Congo Red solution, and the maximum adsorbent rate can reach 97.24%.
